    Workout Partner: Dead Or Alive?

Recently I started taking my health a little bit more seriously, because I'm overweight and my cholesterol is too high. So if you can workout with any men, who would it be and why?

For me, I would choose to workout with my wrestling idols Ted DiBiase, Jr. and John Cena, because they're both in amazing shape and they both kicked ass in the ring at which John Cena recently came back to WWE. I also like to look like CrossFit athlete Dan Bailey and actor Ryan Merriman from early 2000's Disney TV movies.

    Ted DiBiase, Jr.

    John Cena:

Actor Ryan Merriman from the short-lived TV series "VERITAS: The Quest (2003):

That's good to hear, I couldn't workout with anyone to be honest. Do my convict conditioning alone in my room and also a runner alone. Done it for so long the thought of having to train with someone even a couple of percent above or below my ability would be off putting.

Congratulations on taking your health into consideration. I think you'll find that if you get into a good routine, you will enjoy it and will be addicted to it. It really is a lifestyle.

I don't really train with anyone on the regular anymore. But if I am to answer this hypothetical question, I would probably have to pick John Cena. He actually takes is training really seriously and you can tell he enjoys it.

I LOVE "Convict Conditioning"! I've been training it in conjunction with weights for years. For me, it's the only way to train. Have you got that 1-armed pull-up yet?
