Thread: per Facebook: Hate speech is bad ... unless it's directed toward white people, men, or Americans

I wish I could say this is just Breitbart exaggerating or dreaming up nonsense, but it's not. This is totally true. I've reported on Facebook comments like, "You'll die at Auschwitz, you kike," and "Fuck off, nigger." That shit got zapped out of there quickly, and I'm fine with that. Hating on people is not okay by me. But I have this bizarre notion that it's wrong to hate on anyone for their race, gender or whatever, and that includes hating on white men or on Americans. Why would it not? Of course, the excuse always used is we're supposedly the oppressors. In other words, they're upset about wrongs that have gone down in history, and this generation, who had nothing to do with that, is now required to pay for it. One excuse used is: Your kind didn't have to be enslaved for 500 years. Not in North America, no. But I have ancestors who were enslaved by the Romans, but I guess that doesn't count.

It's also a matter of degree. Check out these scenarios.

Scenario A
Your house was burglarized It happened while your family was not at home, so, fortunately, no one was hurt. However, it was terrifying to come home and find the place ransacked, and you felt violated. Several irreplaceable antiques, some expensive jewelry, and some electronics were stolen. The whole family was so freaked out that they went and stayed with relatives for the night.

Scenario B
Now, you have a colleague who lives several blocks away with his family. They were burglarized also, except that they, unfortunately, were at home, and these burglars were not the type to flee. They tied the whole family up and held them at gunpoint. When the father tried to speak, he got pistol-whipped. They took a liking to the 16 year-old daughter, so they gang-raped her. And they beat the crap out of everyone and threatened to murder them all if they went to the police. And they stole a bunch of valuable shit too such as jewelry, paintings, electronics, and around 30K in cash. The whole family had to go to the ER with serious injuries. They all survived, but ended up with PTSD.

Question: Which one of these scenarios qualifies as injustice?
Answer: They BOTH do!

I would submit that the Scenario B is a much more severe injustice, but that doesn't invalidate the injustice of Scenario A. Scenario A is just as unjust as it would have been if Scenario B had not happened at all.

Q: Which crime should the police try to solve?
A: BOTH, of course.

The fact that one crime was less severe than the other does not invalidate its injustice. Therefore, if a white young man goes to middle school where he's a minority, and gets hated on and beaten up for his race, that's wrong! It's being a shitty person to invalidate that injustice because of the fact that slaves abducted in Africa were forced into bondage and to work without pay. Yes, that's a much more severe injustice. But a more severe injustice doesn't invalidate a lesser one. The internment of Japanese-Americans during World War II was an injustice and was totally wrong. If you tried to invalidate that because Jews in Nazi Germany's concentration camps had it much worse, you're being a shitty person. You should be against any injustice.

Therefore if someone treats a man like shit or a white person or an American, it doesn't make it okay just because you can always point to a more severe injustice. The way the Japanese soldiers treated our POWs in WW2 was much, much worse than how we treated the Japanese-American internees. In this case the white people were treated worse than the Asian ones. Does that make it right? Of course not!

Therefore, when someone posts hate speech against white men on Facebook, for example that despicable "kill all men" slogan, that should be considered hate speech. The hate speech against other groups, whether more severe or just as bad, should not invalidate that.

I would love to conduct an experiment on Facebook. Set up a group named "Jewsplaining" and have people bitch about how they perceive that Jews explain things too much; they explain stuff that you already know, and often in a condescending way. While you're at it, set up another one named "Blacksplaining," and claim similar things about black people. While you're at it, set up one about "Womansplaining." I can guarantee you such groups would not last more than a few days. People would be outraged. Yet Facebook tolerates groups called "Mansplaining." According to Facebook, it's okay to hate on men, while it's not okay to hate on those other groups. They will, of course, try to use the severity argument to justify it. After all, it was Jews persecuted in the Holocaust and blacks persecuted via American slavery. Of course, they ignore the racist and brutal treatment that white American and British POWs experienced at the hands of the Japanese. They would probably use the "severity" argument, claiming that the treatment of our POWs was over a much shorter time period than slavery was. But it was unjust, and that injustice is independent of other injustices that have occurred.

It's just common sense that hating on a particular group of people is wrong regardless of whatever race or gender the person is. If you point out that someone is being bigoted toward a Woke-hated group like men or whites, or especially white men, they'll pull out the bullshit severity argument. The argument, "Something worse exists, therefore this isn't bad" is bullshit. A good friend of mine is a white dude who went to a school where almost everyone was Hispanic, and he got hated on a shit-ton. That was fucked and shitty, and totally wrong. The fact that he wasn't a black dude suffering on board a slave ship does not erase that fact.

It's well known here that I have a bunch of classic liberal views. I want good wages for honest work, guaranteed health care for all, and high-quality public transportation, among other things. What I get frustrated out of my wits over is how fucked up the WMP-liberals are. They have this attitude like you're automatically bad if you're white or if you're a man, and God forbid if you're both. And this is while the truth is most white men are just trying to make their way in the world and be able to have a good life. Very few are trying to make other types of people miserable. I'm sick and tired of the bullshit claims such as, "Every white person is automatically a racist." In other words, if you strongly despise hating on anyone over their race or gender, and you've made an honest effort to be fair with all people, regardless of race or sex, that doesn't count. You get to be automatically branded a racist anyway. Why would anyone try to be fair-minded if they're just going to be branded racist anyway? Plus, if everyone is somehow automatically a racist, then that makes it involuntary, and you shouldn't hate a shark for being a shark. It eats someone, not because it's evil, it's just being a shark. But I don't buy that. I think if you're a person who has always made an honest effort to be fair with everyone, regardless of race, that counts for something. It counts for a lot. But the WMP-liberals don't see it that way. That's why I'm disgusted with them. As liberals, we could appeal to people in rural America much more if we would drop the white-male-bashing bullshit. Then the message of, "We want you to get good wages for your hard work, and to always get access to quality health care" would resonate much better.

But the WMP-liberals just keep fucking everything up with their white-man-bashing horseshit. And, btw, what is a WMP-liberal? "WMP" stands for "Woke Mind Police" or "Wetting My Pants." Take your pick. They both apply.

Whether you're a classic liberal like me or if you're more right-leaning, I would like to apologize if you've ever been hassled by a WMP-liberal. They're a bunch of indoctrinated loons who think they're doing good. There are some people on the right who act just as bad, but in different ways. But that's another topic.

It is the same as it was then. And it wasn't the article that prompted me to write. It was things I observed. Losers can post any of the recent TikTok craze videos that have the chant, "I hate men," and FB won't do jack about it. I noticed that shit and did a search and found that article. They allow fake profiles of white men, a violation of their TOS, but they won't remove them on the grounds that white men are supposedly oppressors. But fake profiles that mock black people, women, or Jewish people are immediately removed, per their policy.

I also covered much more than Facebook's policy. I covered current attitudes by the public, which is that it's okay to bash white men or Americans. The FB policy simply mirrors current attitudes. You could close our FB account, as many have already done, and still encounter those fucked-up, hypocritical attitudes.

I have an FB account, alias, AKA Tower, that's only used for economic gains and convenience in their "market place", the rest? An't been there, an't done that! The internet doesn't have a single photo of myself, I knew better when it first came out using dialup.

In many parts of America, being white can get you killed, places we know better than to go (unarmed), and we all know that's not part of any media story, the same way incinerating Jews wasn't part of Nazi Germany's controlled media.

Addressing violence, the black community has more than anyone else, only because the black man was subrogated to life outside the family long before anyone else, and the black woman adopting the state as head of the household, leaving her and her alone to raise children in fatherless households. The same children that became the men and women today that are totally out of control and psychotic in nature.

They don't need men when the state is their husband and the children are her own. Now that we're "out of the way" watch the beast they created eat them alive when it all goes down the tubes.

Why would anyone want to repair a society that keeps tearing its self apart? Keeps undoing the good works to replace them with bad works? I say cut the straps and let it fall as fast and as soon as possible, why should I care when I've been made an alien to the privileges and benefits of membership?
