So onlyfans is apparently banning all sexually explicite content.

I didnt know they had any other kind either, but learn something new every day i guess. In any event, farm impliments are angry. Thoughts on this anyone?

It started for bands/music. So, it has excellent potential for a "how it started / how it's going" meme.

Hoping to see the effects this might have in prostitution prices. In the DC metro area, women in their 20s not drug addicts are asking for $600 per hour.

The twitter feed is full of whamen whining about the onlyfans changes. Since it scams men out of money and inflates the value of pussy I'm thrilled the "performers" are out of work.

Great idea. I really should sign up for one of those verification services. Doing it on my own has been hit or miss, more miss than hit though there have been a few gems. I wonder if supply will spike despite covid?

These are the perils of platform-dependence. Getting the rug pulled from beneath you, due to sudden changes in rules. It's being on shifting sands.

Renters are protected by laws that prevent landlords from doing the equivalent; if you sign a contract saying, ie: dogs are legal in the building; the landlord can't suddenly boot your pooch because he had a change of opinion on it. Whether its OnlyFans or Reddit or anyone else, there's a HUGE amount of effort in building your account, that it ought to be criminal for an organization to destroy what you've built overnight- just as it's illegal for a landlord to conduct an improper eviction.

"Creators" need to organize, lobby, and get the laws changed.

I don't use it for anything but think it's great. Although it does make me think they are shooting an own goal here. Won't they be losing out on fees from all the hookers?

My thoughts? I think it's extremely stupid from that provider. IIRC they are making a turn-over of 2B annually. There is no way I can understand why they would give up such revenue. Because of the banks telling them not to produce pornographic material? WTF do you need banks for with figures like that? What are they supposed to do now? Create the gazillionth channel on how to hug your tree the most optimal way?
I also don't have any problem with the legit sex industry. If women are successful in selling their V, while doing so willingly and of legal age, what's the big deal? I know material like that can bite them in the ass later in life but IDGAF about that either. Remember: they are supposed to be the S&I gender and know exactly how the world works. That's what CW is dictating them from the cradle to the grave constantly. Personally I think lots of people are only envious over the fact some of them make 6 figure incomes on a monthly basis with their OF. My opinion: good for them. Also the simp shaming? I'm pretty neutral about it. The cope and seethe it generates is obviously humorous, but it's also part of the general attack on men being able to get sexual pleasure outside of dedicating themselves to a lifetime of slavery. The motivated amateur content that's been coming from OF absolutely blows all professional porn out of the water, it will be a shame if there's no replacement. Onlyfans realized that the reputation of being online subscription for women age old profession will not bode well if they are to expand or ipo in the near future. It is better to clean their image and pr by purging all those contents.

Don't feel strongly either way. Women are making too much money out of it and simps are too keen to give it away, so almost certainly another identical platform will crop up to replace it anyway.

OF gained millions of free advertisement over this debacle, and they also used it to quietly raise their percentage cut...no one seems to have noticed that. Women are too thrilled to have their income river back to notice it's not quite as free flowing.

To state the obvious, always found it really weird that people pay for this shit when there's so much free porn on the internet. Bizarre.
