    No sugary drinks for three days (so far)

    If you've followed my posts, you know that sugary drinks like Coke and Pepsi have been my toughest addiction to break. They've put weight on me, and have harmed my health. I found a sparkling mineral water with a little taste added to it that I like. I've been drinking this La Croix sparkling water, regular water, and unsweetened tea. No sodas. Those used to be what kept me going.

    I am feeling fatigued and a little irritated, but I'll get through it. I'm not sure how long it takes for the addiction to that crap to wear off. I do already feel better in my prostate. That was horribly inflamed every day. It's way improved.

    So I'm going to keep working on this. It's an important part of my build-a-better life plan. This is the core of MGTOW, doing stuff that makes your life better. I'm not improving my health and fitness to impress some woman. I'm doing it for ME. The benefits are mine, and mine alone. I'm not going to become someone's boyfriend and pay off her bills.

    I broke my addiction to sugar with Koolaid mix and Xylitol. Bought a couple of pounds of Xylitol sweetener off Amazon and made a big pitcher of Koolaid substituting Xylitol for sugar and added in 10 vitamin C pills to dissolve. Whenever I got the sugar craving, I'd take a big glass of the Xylitol drink which stopped the cravings. In a week, I lost about 15 pounds off the middle - warning, until you get used to Xylitol, expect frequent bathroom visits to the toilet! I've got Xylitol packets with me now for mixing in oatmeal, coffee and tea etc . . . Tastes a lot better than Stevia except in Lemonade. In my experience, Stevia tastes good in lemonade. No chemical crap like aspartame or sucralose!

    PS: I've read that researchers in Finland discovered that kids who used Xylitol did not get dental caries - unlike sugar, xylitol does not feed dental bacteria that cause tooth decay . . .

    Drink snake juice instead of plain water and try the carnivore diet no carbs no sugar. Use evian or essentia for the water

    Water=2L / 67.6 oz
    Potassium chloride =1 tsp (No Salt)
    Sodium Bicarbonate = 1 tsp (Baking Soda)
    Sodium chloride = 1/2 tsp (Himalayan Pink Salt)
    Magnesium Sulphate = 1/2 tsp (Food Grade Epsom Salts)

    Water=1L / 33.8 oz
    Potassium chloride =1/2 tsp (No Salt)
    Sodium Bicarbonate = 1/2 tsp (Baking Soda)
    Sodium chloride = 1/4 tsp (Himalayan Pink Salt)
    Magnesium Sulphate = 1/4 tsp (Food Grade Epsom Salts)

    You'll kill your cravings for sugar and carbs fast overtime.

    Nice, there's no benefit to adding sugar into water or soda. Goes down in an instant and you've swallowed 3-6 spoonfuls of the crap when you could've eaten 3-6 cookies instead and sate your hunger.

    Tea, lookup loose leaf online or local stores - there's like hundreds of varieties for you to find one you like. No need to add sugar either.
