Chicken is good for one thing and one thing only: grilling. Nothing better than grilled BBQ chicken on a hot summer weekend dinner. I had my chicken breast (grilled on my George Foremen) along with sticky white rice for dinner today. Chicken is good with avocado oil, Mrs. Dash and lemon pepper.

To me, chicken is great because it's LOADED with my favorite nutrient: protein. I love protein. I eat protein; I drink protein with or without a workout.
