Thread: Dr. Harriet Hall, Staunch Critic of “Anti-Vaxxers”, Dies "Quietly and Unexpectedly" In Her Sleep

The Gateway Pundit is reporting that, “Dr. Harriet ‘The SkepDoc’ Hall, an author of a science medicine blog slamming the anti-vaxxers and critic of alternative medicine, died suddenly in her sleep last week. Dr. Hall is a retired Air Force physician and flight surgeon who writes about pseudoscience and questionable medical practices. ‘This is Kirk Hall, Harriet’s husband. I know Harriet’s work was followed and admired by many of you. It is with great sadness that I must tell you my beloved wife passed away quietly and unexpectedly in her sleep last night,’ Harriet’s husband wrote on Facebook. ‘At this moment, she would probably simply ask you to have a kind thought for her, be kind to each other and continue to support her belief in the truth,’ the post added. ‘As managing editor of Science-Based Medicine, I am greatly saddened to have to announce to our readers that Dr. Harriet Hall passed away unexpectedly last night,’ said Ron Jette, managing editor of Science-Based Medicine.

After her passing, many speculated that the Covid vaccination played a role in her sudden death. Back in 2021, Dr. Hall announced that she received her third dose of the Pfizer COVID vaccine. ‘My husband and I (both well over 65) just got our third dose of COVID vaccine. The Pfizer vaccine is free at Safeway for everyone. Very convenient and only a short wait. No appointment needed.’

Dr. Hall’s colleagues and his widow were outraged about these claims that she died from the COVID vaccine. ‘After Dr. Harriet Hall died last week, antivaxxers started blaming COVID vaccines.’ Science Based Med’s Dr. David Gorski goes beyond his anger to explain this conspiracy theory, according to tweet. ‘After I got over the initial shock and sadness that hit me after I learned of the unexpected death of our friend and colleague Dr. Harriet Hall last week, I must confess that, as was the case with Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin’s on-field cardiac arrest that was most likely from commotio cordis, my next thought was how long it would be before antivaxxers started blaming her unexpected passing on COVID-19 vaccines,’ Gorski wrote.”

In honor of the sudden and unexpected death of Harriet Hall, don't forget to follow her advice and run out and get another Booster! Like Joe Biden says, if you do, you won't go to the hospital, you won't end up in the ICU, and you won't die! Harriet didn't end up in the hospital and didn't end up in the ICU, so there you go! The boosters mostly worked!

In fairness to Harriet Hall, despite her vaccine-rah-rah, she did stand up to the SJWs when they tried (mostly successfully) to take over Atheist/Skeptic groups, which was really the opening salvo of the Woke Wars, back over a decade ago.

"I'm a skeptic, not a skep-chick" and all the purple haired shrews got the madz, because unlike them she actually does have quite a few lifetime accomplishments including being an USAF air MD. Not a soft "Communication" BA like the rest of the woke gang.

Also, she died at age 77. No particular need to blame it on the vax. Sometimes old people just up and die... of old age.

She was 77. The COVID vaccine helps your body create antibodies that fight against the COVID virus. It doesn't give you immunity to all diseases or a fountain of youth. A 77 year-old woman died. They've established exactly zero causal connection between the vaccine and her death, and, at 77, there are plenty of other things that called it. Blaming this on the vaccine makes as much sense as blaming it for the death of a man who fell off a cliff.

This is nothing other than a "post hoc," meaning "after the fact therefore because of the fact." If the 49ers win their game tomorrow, it won't be because some fan wore his lucky Joe Montana jersey. And, if they lose, it won't be because he forgot to or he spilled mustard on it.

Just yesterday I found out a friend of mine had a blood clot removed from his arteries, seems like every few days I'm seeing healthy people that took the vax come down with life altering and threatening illnesses, not including people that know that died from blood clots after the clot shot.

Now they're finding links to cancer and immune deficiencies, it's seems to me it's HIV in a bottle. There's not a whole lot of good news coming from this "experiment".

One more note: Just to be 100 percent clear, I'm simply calling the truth as I see it, and what I write is not a personal attack. A person can be a perfectly good human being while being incorrect about some things.

Absolutely, even if it means playing devil's advocate, to do otherwise is not critical thinking. On the other hand reprobate thinking is wallowing and waffling about without coming to any kind of conclusion as the truth alludes them. Facts and truths are the cornerstones and keystones to solid critical thinking.

Interesting. I would never take the vaccine. Too many "unreported" stories are full of dead people that took the vaccine. Who would take the vaccine???

The article described her death in different places as "Unexpected and Suddenly and Quietly". If she had been fighting a long sickness or preexisting condition, it would be different but it fits the Suddenly and Unexpected Death profile for the Vaxxed and Boosted . . .
