Got a plan for my labor day grilling. Going local. Buy some Boudin, strip it out of the casing and make balls. Fry them in a cast iron pot on the grill. Already have some honey mustard sauce.
I am sure not many of you have seen or heard of boudin, so a video of a local making some.

Just finished braut’s, corn/black bean pasta salad and bread. Washed down by a nice Hefeweizen, actually two.
Tomorrow is marinated porterhouse, grilled corn on the cob, ceaser salad.
