    Registration didn't work.

My account disappeared. I registered and couldn't view any threads so I just logged out and waited for over a month before logging back in, and now it's gone. It is very rare to find mgtow communities anywhere. You can't even search them on discord and they're banned from Reddit. Red pill communities are common in comparison.

    Thanks for contacting us.

After you registered, you could not view any threads until you validated your email address by responding to the email that we then sent you, assuming you used/typed a valid email address. It sounds like you did not perform this step. I consider this an abandoned registration.

I now monthly delete abandoned registrations older than 30 days.

So, that's what happened to you, no doubt.

Register again, and this time please look for an email from us to validate your address. Check your Junk folder, if need be. Then follow its directions.

Upon validation, your registration is complete and you will be able to see the threads when logged in.

If you do not receive our validation email after waiting a short while, log in and send me a PM and I'll check into why you did not get the email from us.

Normally, a PM to you will also generate an email to notify you of its presence but if your email address isn't receiving emails from us then you will have to realize to log in again to see my PM responses, otherwise you will not know that I responded.

    Thank you.

Interesting that he sees/makes a distinction between red pill and MGTOW. This is in line with my observation that, anymore, a man saying he is red pill does not automatically mean he is eschewing the plantation.

Maybe if the OP reads this, he will identify for us a few sites that he says are red pill but not MGTOW. I'd be curious to see which ones he says.

Do you remember what I told about GMAIL?

Google is prolly secretly sabotaging this forum. I never get any e-mail from you guys in my gmail. I used the protonmail for registration before I get it.

I would not be surprized if the same happens with Yahoo, hotmail and others.

That's because you didn't register a gmail address with us.

I try the gmail. I looked at the "spam", "waste bin", etc, NO mail at all. I try at least a second time before use an account of protonmail.

Oh, I see now what you are saying. You tried gmail, then switched to protonmail. Obviously, your protonmail received it, as you are fully registered. Yes, gmail should have worked. It's a common email provider.

You had to have received the verification email to your gmail account that you registered with us because you, too, are fully registered. So, at least once it worked for you.

Just for kicks, I just sent a PM to you, Survivor64. Please look in your email to see if you received a notification of this. Check your Junk folder, too. Heck, check your Deleted folder as well, if you have one, I've learned recently that my hotmail account filters occasional emails directly to my Deleted folder, which is unexpected. Post in this thread whether or not you received that email.

I should point out here that some email address domains, ones that are uncommon (or uncommon to the USA?), block our emails from arriving to the member. It's them, not us. I have discovered this a few times when the partially-registered member contacts me via PM, I advise him to switch to a more common email provider, he switches, and then our email arrives to him just fine. Happens every time. However, gmail is not uncommon and should work for everyone, everywhere, I would think.

Nope- I just scoured all folders in my gmail account. Nothing from you or the site.

I do see your PM, so that works.

Hmm. And it has been many hours. Plenty of time for the burro to deliver the email.

It did work for you back on Feb-8-2022 when you validated your email address with us. So, it's not mistyped in our records.

I just messaged Jagr, the site owner, about this. I don't know how soon he will see it, and let's hope that he gets an email advising of my PM.

Ok, regarding lack of receipt of emails, I gave Jagr the details and he is going to contact Tech Support. I had to be sure to first collect statements from the affected members (such as above) that the Junk/Spam folders were also checked.

I was contacted today by another new registrant that he did not receive the validation email to his gmail address.

I am going to suspend the above monthly procedure until it appears that gmail registrants are again receiving the validation email from us. Jagr is supposed to be referring this to Tech Support.

Once a registrant validates his email address, his Usergroup designation changes from Users Awaiting Email Confirmation to Registered Users.

I show we have registrants with gmail addresses who became Registered Users as recently as May 26, 2022.

Below is a count by month of how many gmail registrants became Registered Users in that month (which means they did receive our validation email) and how many still haven't validated their address (which means they may or may not have received our email. Maybe they did receive it but didn't notice it).

    Gmail addresses:

    Jan 2022 = 35 RU / UAEC already deleted
    Feb 2022 = 25 RU / UAEC already deleted
    Mar 2022 = 12 RU / UAEC already deleted
    Apr 2022 = 12 RU / UAEC already deleted
    May 2022 = 6 RU / 18 UAEC
    As of Jun-16-2022 = 0 RU / 13 UAEC

There have always been a few email addresses with exotic domain names (or, at least exotic to us) where the registrant changed to a more common one and then successfully received our email.

The Gmail domain is not the only one reported to us but perhaps we can use that one as a bellwether of the problem.

If anyone PM's me that they did not receive their validation email, please state that you checked not just your Inbox but your Junk folder and/or your Spam folder. Say all that up front so I don't have to contact you to have you say it to me. Also state what email address you registered with, so I can check if you mistyped it when you registered. Wait maybe an hour after you register to finally check everywhere for it before saying that the email never arrived.

    Thank you.
