Post Over 25% of College Degrees Have a Negative Return on Investment

    >> ROI varies substantially by major. Sixty-nine percent of engineering programs deliver a lifetime payoff of $1 million or more, and 97% have ROI of at least $500,000. Another strong major is computer science, where 85% of programs have ROI exceeding half a million dollars. Programs in transportation, construction, and architecture also deliver handsome rewards to their students: 77% have a payoff above $500,000.

    >> But plenty of programs have ROI that students might consider disappointing. 68 percent of programs in visual arts and music have negative ROI, meaning graduates are worse off financially for having received their degree. A majority of programs in philosophy and religious studies leave their students in the red, along with 28% of programs in psychology, English, liberal arts, and humanities.

    ____________

No surprise that engineering, computer science degrees deliver a good ROI - degrees in which men tend to lean towards.

Women tend to lean towards the negative ROI degrees then expect men to bail them out (via marriage or baby trapping) or increasingly rely on the government to bail them out (by relying on government handouts).

I have said before: one of the reasons women go to college for a shitty degree is that they can't bear leaving school. It's women who are the Peter Pans who never grow up.

Agreed. It makes me think about the 28 year old woman I chatted to on a dating site years back. She was 28, still in Uni on her third degree or whatever it was. She told me life for me was easy because I am a middle aged white man in a world that loves middle aged white men!

Not once did she consider that she was yet to venture out into the world and do anything productive.

If I were to go to college (like that'll ever happen), I would like to go into either computers, web design, or physical education so I can start a fitness and nutrition channel on YouTube, getting obese men in a healthy lifestyle and sell pre-workout or post-workout protein supplements I'm familiar with. But like I said on a previous topic on college, I think college is a scam that keeps you in debt for life and indoctrinate into left-wing philosophy which never helped anyone. I believe that once you leave high school, to get straight to work, build skills within, level up, build a reputation and work hard to achieve success.
It's a man's world and we need to take it by the throat and make it give us what we desire.
