What is suggests to me is that a man should work on his speaking voice. If you want to get ahead in current year, get rid of that weedy, cringey, grating voice and learn to speak confidently and clearly. There's a lot of meetings over teams voice chat these days.

I have been saying for some time that to get ahead in school, a young man needs to work on his penmanship, because women teachers mark work on how nice it looks. Seems like this is shifting. I shall update the advice I habitually give.
