A comprehensive and rigorous study from the Cornell Institute for Women in Science shows that it is men, not women, who are being discriminated against in STEM fields. The data shows, irrefutably, that women are twice as likely to be hired for tenure track jobs in STEM areas, compared to male applicants with the same qualifications.

Once again, the gynocentric lies and dishonest agenda are being destroyed by actual data. Next up, feminism will denounce the very concept of data and facts as misogynistic patriarchal constructs.

From this research, we can see that women make up over 60% of college graduates, have all sorts of special grants, fellowships, quotas and incentives to get into and remain in STEM fields, and are twice as likely to get a faculty job just because of their gender. The only gender bias in practice is against males.

But since its discrimination against men, I doubt anything will happen or will change. The thing that I really find fascinating is that how facts and reality are at odds with or contradict feminism.

First its wage gap which was debunked. Then came the rape hysteria which was once again, debunked. Now its workplace discrimination which is debunked. Oh and patriarchy as feminism know it is long debunked as well.

Every Red Pill Man is well aware that women are much more privileged than men by any western democratic state.

But if you are like me and frequent mostly MGTOW and RedPill friendly places on the internet you maybe
get the false impression that most men do think like that.

They don't, even though MGTOW is a growing phenomena it is still a very small percentage of the male populace.
At the 2015 UK elections the "Justice for men and boys" party got less than 1% of all votes!!

While the left marxist feminist party and the conservative party combined got more than 90%.

It's all part of an effort to make engineering more "accessible" to women? Oh, really? I haven't seen too many of them pick up a soldering iron and work on a circuit board or tearing apart a computer in order to fix it.

Nope. That's too demeaning for them. They have to be automatically put into supervisory positions because paying one's dues like I did right after I got my B. Sc. (by checking drawings or crawling through process vessels checking for corrosion) would be--wait for it!--(in my best imitation of Big Red) PATRIARCHY!!

I feel like they only reason they give a damn about women in STEM is;

1. OMG it's MALE DOMINATED

2. Higher paying jobs.


Mainly the second one.

When a less ambitious and less capable population move into a job the quality of the work suffers and the wages will eventually go down as the market for poor quality demands less.

If men were to swiftly move into teaching or nursing they would improve the quality of work, increase productivity and then be able to demand a higher wage.

Like many here that wait for "it to burn," don't resist women getting special breaks, let them move in and break the system. As competitive as STEM jobs and markets are, the shit will hit the fan soon enough.

Even the researchers don't express a single shit for men. They come to no conclusions that such discrimination is unacceptable and must be changed, or that faculties must be made aware of this unconscious bias which is probably the result of decades of feminist propaganda. They do, however, come to the conclusion that resources should be focused on other areas to increase the amount of women in STEM, and that women should apply right away for academic jobs while the bias is in their favour.

If anything was evidence of gynocentrism, this would be it. Researchers don't even come to terms with the logical conclusions of their results. Disgusting.

I watched a documentary called brainwashed episode 1 from norway..it looked at this issue and a conclusion was..in a free society people are more free to follow their wants and needs..therefore they go for work based on thier inate biological drives..men went into engineering and women in health care..and both sets were very happy with their choices..

it's the social sciences that refuse to believe that these differences exsist and are pushing for quotas..based on gender not on talent..

Have you ever noticed in the ads used for recruiting women into those fields, they are almost always seen in supervisory roles and never get themselves dirty? They are never shown doing the real grunt work of engineering, namely things like checking drawings, doing repetitive calculations, chasing around for parts that are either hard to come by or haven't arrived, or doing something really grubby where they need to wear coveralls (such as crawling through process vessels doing corrosion inspections).

Sorry, ladies, but a lot of engineering is dull, boring, and unglamorous, but it's important and it has to be done and done properly. If you don't, who will? I spent several years doing that sort of thing and it not only helped me become registered, I also learned a lot from it.

I guess any setting which portrays women in settings where they're anything less than a take-charge superstar might discourage them, wouldn't it? It must never be seen as a challenge, as challenge requires talent and perseverance, and also includes the risk failure. But, I suppose, they're so good at what they do that they don't need reasons to prove themselves.....

If woman are more intelligent and basically superior in every way. Then why have a female chess club. Just play chess against men.

If they are superior in the physical realm. Then why lower police, firefighter and the military standards. Just go ahead and apply for the military. If you can do what a man can do, your in.

I mean sure, it doesn't make a damned lick of sense that all these employers would reject women who are equal/superior in work ability, ESPECIALLY if they can get away with paying them around 70% of their male counterparts, just because they'd rather hire dudes.

I agree. You don't hear a lot of women complaining that coal mining is male dominated.

Generally, they only want positions that have prestige. If there is no prestige, like coal mining (despite the fact that coal miners are very important primary actors in the production economy), women couldn't care less that it's male-dominated.
