Women have all the jobs and our country is headed for one of the worst economic recessions maybe possibly a great depression, yet people aren't connecting the dots.

There has in the past 50 years been a push for women to have all the jobs in corporate america, and we are finally seeing the effects which is our country is headed for one of the worst economic times via a recession maybe possibly a great depression.

I must remind you that America became who we were because we became the industrial nation of the world producing value in every category you can name.

Years later we now see the effects feminism has on our economy.

You can think what you want, the bottom line is women occupy most of the jobs... so why is it we can't seem to produce value?

If they did; we wouldn't be in the financial situation we are in.
The number one priority for a male in a free society would be to find a mate and then raise his family. All of that is gone. Our world doesn't make any sense anymore. We are being manufactured to be worker slaves for the state.

I always remember one of my seniors in the Emergency Department where I used to work. Petite girl with an above average body. Late 20's, training to be a specialist. Not too bright in the upstairs department but this hospital can't get doctors to stay at all so she advanced faster.

I remember all the graveyard shifts that I had to work with her as my senior (so I needed to consult cases with her) and how I always chuckled at the fact that she'd have to spend the rest of her life on her feet, in the middle of the night, for hours on end with no rest in sight (and for reference, her seniors, the specialists were also on the floor - so there was no saving her when she did advance, just more of the same crap). And all the while she stares blankly at everything with a look of death on her face, probably wishing that someone could come and end her nightmare that she was convinced she needed to sign up for.

This is what the feminists fight for.

And that makes me laugh. Every day.

The opposite holds true but I would rather be surprised by the truth than a lie.

I do believe that most of the jobs I applied for were given to women and minorities. Management is too scared to admit it but it’s true.

No one likes change, we naturally like routines.

To introduce change and it be accepted, life must be difficult for a majority of the population.

IE: Feminism, a few women convinced most women that life would be much better with equality between the sexes. Women being a major part of the population has forced feminism. It has taken the best part of a century. It is what it is now.

    The Economy:

    1. What Changes do governments want to bring in?
Cashless, centralized banking, social credit system. More or less total control over money.

    2. How can they get the majority of the population to accept these changes?
Crash the monetary systems, make life difficult, promise a better life with a few changes.

    3. Place restrictions on how changes can happen so there is only one solution.
Carbon credits, global warming/change, equality, Animal rights, etc etc. (Whatever it takes)

    4. Is there any information on this?
    WEF The Great Reset.

Women play their part alright, but it's not all on them. When I was middle aged, the rich had 90% of the country's wealth and the rest of us controlled 10%. I thought that was bad, but it was the good old days compared to now. There's no comparison.

Where I live women working factory jobs was not a thing till the early seventies, and there never were that many. Why sign up when you can easily get some guy to do it for you? Most of them sucked, but not all. I pulled plywood for several years and became pretty good at it. There was a women at the next station and there wasn't much to chose between us. I was a little stronger, but her aim was better flipping the wood into the cart. So, they can be quality factory pukes if they want to. "If they want to" being the key phrase. The crash of timber empire ended most of the women's careers as mill rats.

Though it might sound good to you young guys, working all men crews is no bowl of cherries. No matter what people tell you there's no bro code at work. For every guy who'll hold up their end there's another who'll burn you every chance the get. A lot of these people might treat you well in real life too, it's not uncommon. But on the clock, watch out. Two of the worst three "co-workers" I ever had were men.

Isn't the depression due to the lockdowns the past 2-3 years? Imagine you could've swapped all the women with men and we still would've had the same decisions and lockdowns all the same, recession wise it's not pinned on women I'm afraid.

Ladies in office jobs aren't responsible for moving factories and material acquisition to 3rd world countries with bottom barrel wages - it's great for corporations bottom line which is why they've done it. Arguably the only difference to an imaginary male controlled corporation would be that they would've have moved to offshore production even sooner for increased profits.
America produces and sells weapons along with it's worldwide military influence, even if that is in the process of crumbling. - the recruitment the past years has been awfully low. US still has the biggest GDP worldwide, so they're producing something hah.

The great depression after WWI occured before women were even allowed to work - simplified but causing economic recessions isn't a female only area of expertise that would never occur if ladies were forced to stay home.

Lockdown or not if we could actually produce value it wouldn't matter the history. We would be able to hop right back in it and create value. I make no excuses for the workers that are currently on "america's roster" right now.

The bottom line is women can help manage a company but they suck at producing value.

Most even fail at onlyfanz, and escorting.

For the record, I just entered the workforce after a 4 year hiatus and it didn't take but a few weeks. I applied for 4 jobs in my field, got 3 interviews...crashed and burned on one, got the second job and canceled on the third. And it's an office job. You could make the argument that I have a "unique set of skills" that most people don't have but blaming women or minorities isn't going to make you more valuable to an employer or make it easier to get a job. You've got to build a skill set that employers need or so I hear.

Yeah...I'm not sure how we're in a depression. I don't really know anyone who is willing to work that is not working. The 2008 recession was pretty bad as I recall. Some large tech companies have done lay offs as of late but I haven't really heard of many lay offs in other sectors. Although real estate has slowed a bit, housing prices are still up as well. The next recession will likely be a self fulfilling prophecy. The media is printing more doom and gloom articles, people are becoming pessimistic, and will likely cut spending which will slow the economy down further.

They openly admit it where I work. They have gone so far as to make it policy. At a recent senior managers meeting, our VP of HR stated that our policy now is to “hire women and minorities first, even if they are not the most qualified”. My boss, one of the few left in the company with an actual pair of balls said “how am I supposed to run my department effectively if you won’t let me hire the most qualified people?” The response was “Train them”.

This ESG shit is off the rails. It’s going to be a major contribution to the downfall of the US economy.

I know but how can I build a skill set on a job when no employer will let me start anywhere? I don’t have much experience and on the job skills but I self taught assembling computers and basic repairs before YouTube came out. I had to learn to replace parts I got broken for being mad before my dad got home. Not only I did learn but I enjoyed it. That’s why I keep applying to Best Buy. I figure I start with unloading delivery trucks, stock shelves, set up electronics for display before making it into Geek Squad. I have it all planned out but I’m struggling to get started.
