Thread: Woman Sues Law Firm because She Voluntarily Slept with Someone at The Firm

Quite the winner here. Failed the California Bar Exam. Cheated on her husband and slept with another partner at the firm. Didn't get promotion, now suing. (filing complaint with US Equal Opportunity Commission and seeking to file civil suit against the other partner)

You have to love the wording of her account. Everything is framed in her being some victim even though she voluntarily met with her manager in a hotel room multiple times, let him rub her feet, etc. She is just an "innocent doe" somehow hovering above it all, observing it with no agency at all.......

Its really kind of amusing to see what aggressive pigs women have become in real life, shooting angry glances at people, raising their voice at service workers, etc. - and then..... trying to fool a court of law that somehow, they are helpless doormats with no agency and no ability to say no.

Yeah, I want to list out her BS as it seems Ms. Guerrero picks and chooses when her legs are under her control:

Lehot, on a business trip in Shanghai, asked Guerrero to join him in his hotel room to discuss business matters, she claims.

As one commenter wrote, "If anything good has come out of the Weinstein deal it is NEVER go back to the boss's hotel room to discuss "business" or "career." NEVER!"

The hotel room is a private space, a bedroom. Everybody knows that. Is she living on the moon?

'Before she knew what was happening, he had her lying down on the couch with his body next to her, physically hugging and groping her,' the complaint reads. 'Upset and in shock, Ms. Guerrero told him "no" and ran out of the room.'

Ok, those are always weasel words. A lot of her participation hides out in them. But at least her legs were operative and working in her favor.

While on a plane to Brazil, Lehot revealed he had feelings for her, the complaint claims, causing her race to a bathroom where she burst into tears.

Here, again her legs work in her favor.

'Back at the hotel, undeterred and seeing her in a vulnerable state,' Lehot insisted they have a drink in his room,

Here, she steps towards his private space and knowing alcohol would be served. Her legs did this.

'Trapped, in distress, and aware of his temper, Ms. Guerrero believed the best way to protect herself was to allow his physical assault rather than fight back.'

Telling him no and running out of the room worked before. Heck, sensing a trap, I'd fake having to go pee, then head for the door. But, I'm no lawyer.

On another trip in Chicago, Lehot again invited Guerrero to work in his room, and this time 'jumped on' her, placed his hands on her neck, kissed her and played with the zipper of his pants, according to the complaint.


'I don't want to wait anymore. Look, the bed is right there, Let's have an affair,' he allegedly told her.

Oddly, she continues to voluntarily get alone with him in his private space, seeing that his bed is right there, and stays.

By November of 2018, Lehot is accused of pushing 'a never-ending supply of alcohol' on Guerrero during a party at his Palo Alto home. He is later accused of grabbing her in his kitchen and trying to kiss and rub against her.

More weasel words. How did he force-feed her this alcohol? And later, after alleged unwanted imbibing, she places herself in his kitchen, undoubtedly away from the safety of others.

The complaint details how Guerrero screamed and pushed her boss off her, yelling at him to stop, but that he continued and tried to restrain her. Lehot would later claim he was crushed by her rejection and sobbed all night, the complaint says.

At this same party? No witnesses to this alleged loud encounter? Did she remain after others had left the party? Why no mention of witnesses?

Guerrero, in her open letter, says she was 'petrified' to disclose what had happened and feared Lehot's retaliation.

Well, that suggests she had no witnesses at that loud party encounter, methinks, otherwise disclosure would be moot.

Was this a two-party party?

This will help teach future law firms about the dangers of bi-gender in the workplace, and in my case, ANYPLACE!

I'll bet she always wanted to be a lawyer because lawyers are rich. When she found out how they get rich (i.e. by working for a living) she fell back to her old ways...spreading her legs for money...probably how she worked her way through law school. I'll bet she had this lawsuit planned from the very beginning.

I try to go to dailymail daily as a constant reminder that humanity is so thoroughly buggered that there's zero hope for it. I mean, really... You can't find entertainment like this in novels, movies, anywhere.

She's trying to cash it all in now, because she realizes a lifetime of work in her profession (like what a man would do) is imminent, and she cannot imagine anything worse. She'll milk whatever value she has left out of her vagina by either sleeping her way to the top, or blackmailing those who are already at the top. Looks like she's moving on to blackmail.

It's getting worse, not better - a woman can put herself into all kinds of arrangements and situations where she knows DAMNED WELL what she is doing and hoping to achieve.

The real message to men out there is: Don't get caught. Or perhaps it's "You can play the 'exchange of power' game with a woman but only YOU will be held accountable."

Women can exchange sex for stuff and get away with it.

I read one of those "advice for young women" things from way back in the day. One iron rule for young ladies is: "never be alone with a man in any room that has a bed".

This used to be taught fathers to daughters, mothers to daughters, grand mothers to grand daughters, etc. It was literally a community effort to restrain young woman from doing major social damage.

Lets not forget while they play fuckstick in court it costs the rest of in frivolous inefficiencies while we walk around with a plethora of legal fucksticks shoved up our ass!

How anyone can place faith or trust in a system like that is beyond my ability to comprehend. The OJ Simon trial public expenses could have fed and sheltered allot homeless men in LA county for quite some time, instead it was a splurge and plunder by lawyers, and that's just one example of the bloated and decayed injustice system.

Freedom in modern times depends on one's ability to hone and sharpen their skills at avoiding all contact with the law, directly and indirectly, this involves using stoic logic to navigate these systemic hazards that abound endlessly.

There's no wonder why men are opting out of it all and avoiding everything!

The divorce rate here is still quite low so I don't know that many, but I do know a few. But here's an interesting stat:

Now this is a big discrepancy and clearly states that divorced men are more likely to remarry than women. (in Ireland at least)

The big question is - why the discrepancy?

Is it that divorced men are still seen to have value, or that men are more gullible and forget the once bitten rule? (or choose to ignore it)
