Thread: Why do people force me to have girlfriends, wives, and children?

Why is it that people, especially my parents, force me to have a girlfriend, a wife, and children. I don't want to have a girlfriend, a wife, or children. I want to stay single and virgin forever so I can better focus on myself on my professional job, my talent, and my hobbies.

I want to tell you people something very important.

Here is what I believe:

The good girl and the bad boy are meant for each other. They should be together while the bad girl and the good boy should die alone.

No-one can force you to get married.

People are pestering you because it seems they, like many others, don't understand nonconformity, especially in the sense of refusing to take the BP simp road and putting yourself into slavery for the rest of your life.

Stick to your guns and what you feel is the best path for your life. They'll run out of gas eventually and just come to gradually accept this is what you've chosen. Don't let anyone guilt trip you or shame you into thinking you need to be married, just because they fucked up in that manner.

People have this stupid idea that we are all interconnected and we need to be with someone. That unless you love and are loved yourself that you are missing out on something.

Everyone is alone and marriage is a bad deal in the modern age. You can even have kids to try and escape from being alone only to find out they die before you or not like you at all/turn out to be jackasses and ignore you. You might even want to ditch your kids yourself!

There are no guarantees in life. Except death and taxes as the saying goes.

They are telling you to live your life.

Now the way they are going about it is wrong in that there is more to life than having children or being with women. Basically most people assume that is all there is to life but there is much more.

So on one hand you are missing the message that is being relayed to you because the advice being thrown your way is a very narrow pathway.

As a young man you need to live your life and discover what you are passionate about.

My advice to you is that you can only discover things that this world has to offer as a young man if you are willing to explore beyond your comfort zone. Fortune favors the bold and is very true for any man.

They want you to be miserable like them. Why do you even care what they say? Grow a spine and tell these people it's none of their business. One thing I noticed that pisses people off when they control you is to bring up money. Ask them if they are going to pay for the wife and kids. Ask them if they are going to be there in bad times to provide during emergencies. You will have the one person that says "Oh you know I will be there" basically lying to your face. When I am pushed to the limit by people crossing my boundaries then I become a total asshole. I'd look them straight in the eyes and say "I don't want to be miserable like you assholes" and walk away.

There are no good girls. The "good girls" just haven't been caught yet. No matter how feminist man hating a woman is, As soon as Chad shows up then they are all giggles.

I was friend zoned by a feminist once and the last time in my life. Here is what made me run away from her. She would CONSTANTLY go on about how she hates men and how we are disgusting all the while I am helping her out by feeding and providing for her. Well one day I took her grocery shopping. Guess who was paying. She ran into this guy from a past job that she "didn't like" and he started calling her all types of sluts and whore right in a huge parking lot. I told the guy to fuck off and he challenged me to fight. I pulled out my brass knuckles in one hand and my pepper spray in the other. I told him to try something if he has the balls. He called me a pussy and then left. Here is where I dropped dead of shock. She gave the other guy the sympathy. She went on about how he is "not a bad looking guy" and made constant excuses for his behavior cause he is probably going through a lot. But yet every time I didn't do what she wants when she wants she would throw a huge fit and say "I always put everyone else first! If you don't want to do it then fine. I won't hold no grudges but I ain't making no promises". I literally cried myself to sleep that night. Never again will I do that. That was the exact moment I thought "Fuck em" and made myself a promise to never help a woman out again unless it's an emergency that needs 911. I see a woman in a car accident? Call 911 and tell them some ho was in a car accident on Main st and hang up. I ain't sticking around for the cops to get my info and harass me.

A good boy is just a brainwashed guy that believes that he must "save me lady" and provide and protect her. Most men no matter how "Alpha" they appear are totally betas. A woman can scream at you for nothing but the second you tell her to fuck off then every man within a half a mile will want you dead. They are more beta when a woman tells them you did something even though you didn't do a damn thing.

^^ gotta hate the dudes that go into "protect the princess" mode about any little thing that upsets a woman. They think it makes them look manly but it actually just shows how whipped they are and in need of validation from women. Dudes out here will put their entire life on the line over a woman getting her little feelings hurt over nothing. But she (or a woman she knows) might worship me and give me a sniff of that fishy taco for my bravery LOL.

It's hilarious actually. They will sit there and listen to some broad call you everything in the book but the second you tell her to go pound sand then they turn into pissed off "Save me lady" white knight.

It also depends on who is placing these expectations on you. Mother's for example tend to want to be grandmother's but they don't understand that in the event of divorce they will be even more sealed off from their son's children than their son is so again it is a short term dream.

Then you just have Blue pill types who insist that without kids you will be all alone in the world. In the end you just need to do what you want to do and no one can force you to do anything.

Nobody's taken the challenge yet.

Unless you live in someplace like India, there is no way anyone can force you to take on a woman and marriage. I think you know that but are annoyed by the constant questions and pestering. If you're in one of those families that has an expectation that everyone gets married, then it's likely they have some sort of embarrassment that stems from their own insecurity. As for getting them to stop? They won't unless you cut them out of your life completely which is admittedly not what most of us want to do. A lot of people have a real problem with "live and let live" to the point that anyone not meeting their expected level of conformity must be harangued and shamed until they do.

Until these people accept that it is your life to live as you see fit, you will likely just have to minimize contact.

Yeah, I don't need children or a wife. Why can't they understand that?

If you have any sense of honor, you will not use any weapon like a pepper spray or a brass knuckles and just use your fists.
