Trauma And Finding My Life Vision

    Hello guys,

a warm hello here from Germany. My name is Patrick, 31 years old, suffering from trauma and currently living with my parents again (thank god!).

Just curious if you guys are into the trauma recovery stuff, increasing your self-esteem, finding your life vision, etc.

I was part of some sort of psycho-cult for a few years, fell into a deep depression when I was 16, and saw all my youth dreams disappear... Including being unable to pursue it anymore, or so it seems.

Anyone here in the same boat?

I always felt that these things go hand in hand. Especially when you have been fucked by society and looking for a way to get a better life, a big part of MGTOW is recovery to me.

Else, how do you get out of the whole mess?

Cheers for warning me Chris007 :-)

    Luckily I'm a nihilist so self-esteem and life visions aren't a thing.

I'd recommend it. Nihilism, like MGTOW, solves all problems.

Was it feminism? That cult can fuck you up for years. The solution isn't therapy, they're all feminists too.

I agree with Chris, OP. I don't recommend this philosophy as a mean for recovery from trauma or other psychological issues. But that's just my take on it. Getting red pilled is IMO in itself quite traumatic. At least it was for me in a certain sense when I realized how deep the rabbit hole actually is.
Not to mock you. Just intending to advice you.

Re: Trauma And Finding My Life Vision

I definitely realize how deep it is. Problem is, on a lot of levels, this stuff is anchored very deeply into the mind and soul.

Can vividly remember being physically and mentally assaulted by women and the stupid men that actually defended them (and the societal constructs behind them).

Or my father, lying helplessly in the hospital after a stroke. One day, he returned and did not a speak a word in days. Turns out, one nurse there had told him that he had "too much to die, not enough to live".

Believe me, I have been redpilled hard. Still, psychology is the only way to relieve that shit in my view... How else?

That nurse is an unfeeling CUNT! My dad died about 3 months ago from a heart attack and it still hurts. I see him in my dreams. I'm a special needs person who relied on my dad for almost 40 years and now he's gone and too early.

If anyone told me that my dad's life was better off dead than alive, I would of had a heated talk with that person.
It's a man's world and we need to take it by the throat and make it give us what we desire.

    Hi Pat,

I need to ask, are you coming here to share your experinces in the hope of helping others? If so, then share your observations on what you have endured.

If, on the other hand you are purely seeking advice - and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that - then I have to agree with Chris007 that maybe membership here isn't the right place for you right now.

Your posts read something like an introdution, but say little of your vision of the future with regards romantic situations.

Maybe you could expand on this a little?

Re: Trauma And Finding My Life Vision

    Hello,

I am pretty ADHD, and pretty much flipping from here to there all the time, so I cannot even exactly remember why I posted. Suffice to say, I spent several years with a "masculinity coach", which has some pretty good advice, while a lot of other stuff is shit. Whole group feels like a cult.

So I am pretty much trying to socialize a bit, without going into total destructive mode with all the stuff in my head. Also, reading that I am not alone with my perception of things (hopefully) and checking in on what others have to say about politics and especially their experiences with women is interesting.

Testing the waters here. Also maybe venting a bit.

    I hope that's okay!

Yup. Same experience with the other sex here as well. Which hits hard for a lot of reasons.

I have loads of rage towards my father. It is hard to remain angry though since he is pretty much 100% dependant on my mother for almost everything.

And with his nativity towards women, and lectures about how to treat them (after that kind of abuse!!), it's just horrifying what could happen to him if he lost her.

    Or me.

I recommend looking up red pill/ mgtow videos on Youtube. It might be better for you to search for those, mgtow and red pill are for men, and that help men to be their own man, through mgtow philosophy.

However, I should tell you about bit about myself. I did suffer about 5 years, mostly because of feminism. But I took control of myself and got better. This was before I became a member here, and I took control of my shit.

So, you should take control of your shit, and problems privately. Then come here, when you have solved personal issues. Like I said, look up or browse mgtow/red pill youtube videos for betterment of yourself, for improving your life.

    I also will recommend this:
