    More reasons to avoid women, especially the younger ones; they pretend to be victims of men to screw over men. What's sad is there's people out there that see these videos and believe the woman is a victim. Face it guys, women are a pain in the ass in all ways.

    I would never join a gym, and that video gives good reasons for it. Why invite more drama, my life doesn't need it.

    I just recently joined a gym. Due to my work schedule, I go during the day and it's near a uni.

    I don't look at or make eye contact anyone. Sucks because it comes across as anti-social but it is what it is I guess.

    Only reason I signed up was to go once per week to use certain equipment to rehab an injury. Otherwise I workout at home.

    The gym cost is low at this gym but maybe it would be worth it to fork over the hundreds of dollars to buy the equipment to use at home.

    I built my own gym.
    Smith Machine, dumbbells, barbells, free weights, benches, compound leg, back and chest machines, a treadmill and a spin bike. I'm in the process of getting a dip station custom built for me.

    With my own gym, I control everything that happens in and out of it. I have a few buddies who also come over and work out too.

    I'd recommend to anyone if they have the space to do the same.
    Gym owners will realize soon enough that these hoes don't keep the lights on, the gym bros do.

    My routine consists of 25 second holds of many of the traditional compound barbell lifts using the below device (Isochain). You can build strength and muscle with it and it takes much less time. In addition, instead of grinding away your joints slowly over time (lifting weights), it builds them up, protects your joints from damage, protects you from getting hernia, protects you from twisted ankle and can give you so much strength you can bend metal. Bruce-Lee used to train with this and people probably laughed at him..

    Note it's much better to use a gymnastic numbered strap instead of a chain and you can buy a Lat Pulldown handle if you don't want to make your own. For strength you want 6 second holds and for more muscle, you want 20-45 second holds. Nothing will get you stronger and that's a guarantee! Ive no idea why men still go to the gym. Those attention seeking women in tight leggings should be left to themselves and their mirrors.

    Stretching should be done the same way by holding the stretch for at least 5 seconds up to half a minute depending on the stretch.

    This all falls under the "Double Standard"... They can exercise/workout, but men can't. Same as there can be female only gyms but cannot be male only gyms. They can look, men cannot even glance in their direction.

    Men in the lower 80% SMV, that's most of here, need to know to never feed the trolls.... Never give women validation unless you are seeking farther contact with her. Think next level up, if she can reject you publicly, remove yourself, never give her a chance.

    I like Neo's idea, simple resistance training. I will be looking into that for a N/S build. Most of us don't need the expensive multi$$$ gym equipment.

    Buy used. Once the new GF has locked on, she will pressure her new man to free up space for her to practice yoga.... That gym equipment will be hitting the yard sale or used for sale adds cheap. He doesn't need to look like the Hulk now that she has moved in... This is when to take advantage and pick up a BP'ed bargain... This will be a win-win, she gets cash for BF's exercise equipment, and you don't have to put up with gym membership BS/fees.

    I get it. It’s really easy to get pissed and irritated about this kind of stuff, but what difference is it going to make in the end? The twats are not going to change in the foreseeable future. I try my best to tune this shit out. We need to fight this at a societal level. Ignore these twats, no procreation, and gradually destroy the natural order of things while these twats whine and cry about being alone. Unfortunately there seems to be way too many blue-pill simps out there looking for their princesses (lol).
