    The worst song on earth!

This song is the antithesis to everything RP and MGTOW!

I heard it a little while ago, my hands were full and I couldn't walk over and smash the radio!

Que in anywhere on the time track and you'll want to hammer ice picks in your ears! 6 minutes and 39 seconds of rhythmic sobbing blue pill hell! How this ever made the charts blows my mind!

    Gentlemen, fasten your icepicks!

I clicked your link and got through the first 45 seconds to know what you mean.

When Costello hit the music scene in 1977 I took him as some sort of musical rebel with his throwback 50s look at the time. This was before MTV and all I had to go on was album covers. I liked the blue pill song Alison and for its melody and I added it to my repertoire of shower songs. I bought his debut album My Aim Is True which had that song but I never went further with his music. I seem to recall he gave off a vibe of unpredictability but so did other bands of the time such as the Sex Pistols. I came to believe that, by the time their songs hit the radio, these guys are all businessmen and it's all an act.

A number of years back, and for a few years, I got into collecting colored vinyl and picture discs, learning what ones to search for, how to spot counterfeits, etc. and I have a few Elvis Costello items in my collection.

    An item from my collection:

It's a tough one to get through, but worth some effort. He's purposely trying to play the insane male who still wants a woman in spite of the fact she's chronically cheating on him. It only gets clearer late in the song. "Did you call his name out as he held you down? Oh no my darling, not with that clown"

Oh, man. Nice. I don't have that one. Was yours sealed? Or unsealed?

I like the ones like yours where the album cover shows the album art. Here is my sealed copy of Band on the Run but the album cover is a cheapo re-issue, I think, might be a re-package, I never quite learned for sure. You know, like the 8-tracks you used to see at truck stops that were bootlegged and their paper labels were as plain and generic as this album cover:

These images are snipped from my offline webpages that explain my collection.

I do have these, which I bought in a store in 1978 when they came out:

I hadn't been. In fact, I never ran into them. (Also, I was not living in the USA in the 60s like when that Monkees one would have been issued, to even realize they were made.)

I do have this, though, which I also never knew was made:

They were sealed until curiosity got the best of me! Sgt. Peppers was a limited edition with only 25,000 copies, I can't find a big enough boot to kick myself in the ass!

Blue Pilled music is responsible for many a naive man's demise. Self-delusion is our greatest adversary. Until it completely destroys your life, ignorance is sheer bliss.

I find that song by Richard Marx awesome. It reminds me of loved ones in heaven talking to me. They are waiting for me.

Love songs are a form of 'grooming'. If you ever wondered why women pump up men's ego, now you know. Pride cometh before the fall.

Nothing beat's James Blunt's sappy, simpy, sucky song "You're Beautiful." I could tell how pukable that song was even before MGTOW.

Back in 80's I plunged a screwdriver into my car radio for playing sappy songs on every fkn station! After that I got a new radio and equalizer with RCA connectors to a portable CD player suspended by rubber bands to stop the skipping, I have allot of firsts 20 years before their time, including U2 RC photo plane and helmet cam years before Go-Pro!

You guys are going to hate me. This is without a doubt the most simpy song of all time. I actually used to actually sing this song when it came out with my own lyrics "Im sprung. Got to drop the dick off quickly". Please forgive me. I was very young and only cared about pussy.
