Thread: The feminist at work is on my last nerve!!

My boss hired a feminist. Im ready for the psych ward. (goingyourownway.com)

It has only gotten worse. The dumb broad has literally started fights with other women! She constantly goes on how she hates men but yet says to women who don't agree with her that "They are a disgrace to women everywhere".

Her and Sandy(not real name) have been feuding for months. There have been fights where they turned physical and cops called. Nothing happened of course. They have been in front of the administration and even the magistrate. NOTHING HAPPENED! It's getting to the point where I hate going to work. I have reported the feminist numerous times and of course nothing happened. I literally record myself going into work and coming out of work cause the feminist has a bad habit of cornering people and not letting them leave while she vents. I have told her numerous times to get out of my space and f**k off but I got yelled at by the boss. My videos saved me. I was about to be fired. I have put in applications at other places.

Managment won't do anything cause they want the cops to do their jobs and it's vice versa with the cops. Feminists are nothing but bitter old carousel riders who are pissed that Chad kicked them off so now they take their anger out on the world. It's funny how the feminist constantly claims to hate men but yet expects men to help her. I already told her outside of work that I hope she gets a lump in her breast so she can be done with this world. I walked away laughing.

Take it out on her car! Superglue her locks (for starters).

If I were you and I if I was dealing with this bitter people I would do my job somewhere else. I mean you don’t need to put up with horrible people.

This is a tricky one. There are several options for you.

a) Quit your job
b) Go and see a psychiatrist and tell him about the abuse at work, then sue the company
c) Act as described in point b) plus sue the woman too
d) Do nothing
e) Do something stupid which can and will be used against you (for example mobbing, namecalling outside work but work related or damaging her stuff)

If I were you, I would act as described in point b) or c). And this wouldn't even be a lie. You said you lost your joy for work because of her, you have video files which proove her rage and you have all rights to be protected at your workplace by your employer.

...so, all you need to have is a psychiatrist to write a diagnosis for this matter plus a lawyer.

I worked in an industrial printing outfit, they had ink in the thousands of gallons, as a joke, ink used to show up on people's door handles and the back side of their steering wheels, not the kind of place to work if you were an asshole. Those guys were mercyless with ink, they even color matched the ink so it wouldn't be seen!

One day when they wanted me to work overtime without punching back in on the timeclock, I quit without notice and never returned.

I can see why people are hell bent to cover this up, but if the lid ever comes off everybody's going to be under the microscope. Keep your camera running and stay away from it as best you can. Even if it doesn't look like it, chances are it's going to blow.

Remember what Dilbert said about radioactivity. It can be used for good or evil, and you don't want to get any on you.

Document, document, document. Start noting the time/place of her encounters with others. "Hostile Work Environment". Especially note anytime outside authorities are called.

Once you have a few marked down, contact Human Resources - go over the boss' head. Gently inquire to her female victims about how their encounters. Also, present yourself as a "Defender of Women", worried about your female co-workers safety.

agree with above. treat that crap like the professional toxic waste that it is. get rid of it if at all possible. otherwise avoid it, shield yourself from it, escape it as efficiently as you can. It is a certainty that she is going to fk up her career, but it near equally likely that she is going to create damage all around her as she does so...

I wouldn't do this but have to admit I've heard worse ideas. Specially if it does blow up, then you're just a concerned worker stuck in the middle trying to do his best.

Remember, it's their game and they make the rules. It's not fair as their rules do not apply to you and they change the rules to suit them without telling you.

Best don't play the game. That can be hard. Never get caught being one on one with a female in any kind of discussion, always have a male co-worker or male supervisor with you. Refuse any kind of dialog until this happens, make a disruption until it happens. When she knows what measures you will do to protect yourself, hopefully she will leave you out of the drama.
Never add a supportive comment. (Give validation). At most ask questions, but never feedback on the answers.

If you her direct supervisor, apply elsewhere for a job.

I don't suggest doing anything to her personal property like the dog shit idea, that can lead to criminal charges if you were caught, enough cameras around these days you will be spotted. She will be the victim and you will be the bad man... Don't go there.

Be very careful with this idea as well. Any suspicion of mental instability, i.e. seeing a shrink, regardless the reason can be cause for having any firearms confiscated and being prohibited from purchasing or owning them in the future. Of course this is location dependent, i.e. red flag laws.

I don't like the idea of anything illegal.

You are not going to believe this. The cops were called yet a-freaking-gain at work. I don't know exactly what happened cause I was just walking back to work(See the PS section) when the cops pulled up to break up the screaming match. Sandy was accusing the feminist of doing something to her car and that's all I know. The cops didn't stay long. Maybe 3 minutes if that. This is getting out of hand. Sandy did pour sugar down the feminist's gas tank a few months ago. Here is the thing. Sandy is very sneaky and plays the "Woe is me I am a poor single mother" act while portraying the feminist as a "crazy psycho". It works somewhat. Managment does side with Sandy a lot of the times. But Sandy is sneaky. She does things quietly to one up the feminist while the feminist is loud and obnoxious.

PS. Guys I am sorry. Over 6 months down the freaking drain. No excuses but I started smoking again and was walking back from buying cigarettes at the local mini mart. This work stress is really getting to me that I noticed my posts on here have even been angry. I bet if it were 2 dudes doing this shit then they would have been fired and arrested a very long time ago. But due to "wokeism" and "political correctness" you have to walk a very fine line. I am not even involved technically but it is effecting my health.

If it's been duly reported, and there's a record, like an email, of his notifying work authorities and expressing 'concerns', he's got a lawsuit if they try any funny business.

I think I know what you wanted to say with your statement and of course in some cases this holds true.

However, in this situation there is "only" a lost of joy for work up to debate. If there are no signs that OP is up to harm himself or others (which I don't see at all here), then there is no reason to prohibit him gun ownership.

Mental health is important and nobody should be forced to work with someone who clearly looks for trouble all the time. It's also bad for business and productivity.

And last, there is absolutely no reason to be ashamed of seeking help as a man. None. Our health is as important as the health of women. Never forget that. You are worth it too!
