Hi there. Ive searched to forum and didnt find what i was looking for.

About that third tenet, ive been thinking getting a vasectomy. You know. To avoid accidents as im not full monk. From time to time i wont say no to free pussy if offered in a semingly secure way. Im not saying no to condom, still gotta be careful with STDs, but couple years ago a women tried to babytrap me with a rigged condom(I know! Should have brought mine, usually when i go on date i bring mine, its not an habit to have one at all time and you never know i know). Anyway as soon as she hand me her condom to which she said it was one of mine that a forgot it raised a flag since it wasnt the brand i usually buy, inspect the condom, found an hole, lets just say her work was amateur at best. That was to many flags for me and i just left there and then whitout saying a word and blocked her number.

I know i wanted kids before my 30s but now im passed my mid 30s and totally gave up the idea since my big 3 0. Ive been questionning myself what can i do if i still want the very occasional fun without empregnate. Dont want te be trapped by a less amateur one. One easy thing would be to completly go monk but then you risk a scene for not giving her a shot.

The other option would be a vasectomy. Has some of you done it? How is it? Testotesrone level? Do you regret it? Would you recommand it?

Ive asked around for advice and i know only one person who's had it and its my father. Dont want to ask him since him and my mom are still together and tell each other everything. My mom still hope i'll bring her grand kids. Ive asked friends closest friends their thouths about it to which they replyed "you dont know when you'll find the one" since they are not completly RP. I reply them the same thing i told you about giving on having kids since 30 and that i stopped believing in santa claus(refering to the one) long time ago.

Analytically, if you're still risking "pregnancy" in a world where you don't want to experience fatherhood and the hardships that encompass it, then sure take the percussion caps out of your bullets and fire blanks! Its so bad, that reddit thread alone is enough to convince me the risks are too high.

Vasectomies were potential horror stories in the past. We have come a long way since. Today it's practically a non event. You get a local and it's done within 30 min. Then you can go home. Might be a bit sore for a few days but I hardly felt any difference.
Nothing changes, hormones are not affected, your sex drive stays the same, your seminal fluid is the same with the same quantity. I wholeheartedly recommend it. It changes the whole game. I don't regret it even for a nano second. And it's reversible if you decide to become retarded again at a later time

For me, I did notice a decline in the quality of orgasm. The procedure was relatively painless, and recovery was a breeze. That differs from person to person. You might be one of the lucky ones and even have higher testosterone levels now. Others might not be that lucky.

It's minor surgery and it has nothing to do with your hormone levels. If you had low T before, you'll have low T afterwards too. It's not about luck.

Your ejaculation stays the same but the sperm doesn't arrive and instead gets absorbed by your body. The claim that it affects your hormone balance is simply not true.

I was the same for a lot of years.... Then I realized there was a greater risk bringing up someone else's kid as my own or being trapped to support my kid that I didn't want. I had decided it wasn't worth the risk to have kids. DNA tests make it easier these days to find out if it's your kid. Shit still happens and I didn't want to be part of it. It's saved me a few times...
