Some marriages work. I personally know 2 marriages that are still going strong after 40yrs, (as in have witnessed them over the years) and I know more than a dozen marriages over 30yrs together. The safe way is no relationship, but why do some relationships last? Relationships can and some do last.

It depends on what your definition of a relationship working is.

My parents were married for over 40 years and they never divorced but I wouldn’t call what they had going on there a “working relationship” - more like a perpetual nightmare.

I’ve personally never witnessed a marriage that would’ve worked for the guy. Never.
But people have different definitions of how a working marriage would look like.

It's because the wife still consider her "husband" a high value male, that is not found in most males. So she considers him 20% of Alpha male group, while the rest 80% is boring males or "nice guys". "Nice Guys" finished last as evidence. So for high value males, it's in his genuine masculinity and character.

If a high value male get married, it's a rarity. Most high value males avoid getting married, because they KNOW what will happen to them after they get married.

It's a whole slew of problems and high value males don't want that for their life. Who can blame them? I don't. Women will still blame "jerks", "assholes", and other high value males, for not committing to them, but they still want high value males.....

Do you see this point? Women still believe they deserve high value males even after bashing them in general. Women don't deserve a high value male. They don't. Women don't deserve shit from men.
