    King of Wisdom - Nice Buckminster Fuller quote. The idea here is to create a culture, by individual choice, that thrives and displaces all others.

    I really don't think that you can look to the gubbamint to settle any of this, It strikes me that the whole evolution of legality and law making is about restraining and constraining male reproductive strategies and methods of wealth accumulation. Most of us are looking at the legal system and civil sprectrums after being shat out of the wrong end of it, either that or we have been marginalised and had our opportunities of self actualisation destroyed by various positive discrimination laws. Its pretty horrifying to come to terms with this but it is what it is. What do we do? I don't think anyone can say.

    Whatever happens we are bound to get a nice bit of insight into female nature over the coming decades.

    The notion of a felony is that it is an act that rises to a certain level of reprehensibility. It's a line in the sand. It is a moral judgment. Anything that really "isn't all that bad" - by definition - is not felonious.

    Now, of course you can disagree with where the state has drawn the line. Lord knows - I'm sure certain things are declared to be felonies which I personally think ought not to be. And visa-versa. So we run into the question: who decides? The answer is a democratically-elected legislature to make the laws and an impartial system of courts to apply them.

    (Ok, let's pause for a moment while the laughter dies down).

    So ok, there's be a lot of injustice. But shit - keeping the criminal classes from breeding I think would generally produce a petter population over time, even though many individual cases would come out wrong. At the end of the day, how many felons are there?

    True, but have a look at the rest of the platform:

    * marriage only exists where there are dependent children for so long as they are dependent
    * adultery and cuckoldry are grounds for divorce
    * routine paternity testing

    And perhaps I ought to have stated explicitly
    * contraception, particularly male contraception, is a right (ie: the state cannot deny access to it).

    Perhaps we also might include "frittering away marital assets" being grounds - in the BIotC, naturally. Sigh: of course it wouldn't be applied fairly.

    The end result, hopefully, would be that if a woman wants to pump out a sprog (which most of them do: it's a deep instinctual drive) then she has to fucking earn it.

    Yes, men will continue to make bad choices and make their own lives miserable thereby.

    Yes, I know this is a utopian fantasy.

    Ideas involving the state taking "actions" ends up ruining free men. Men are sent to wage war on behalf of the state leaving behind a female dominated society, which history has shown inevitably collapses every single time.

    all this mention of gov't, today I feel a strong connection to Tyler Durden that I never had when the movie had just come out.

    I read the title of this post today and thought, strategies to deal with the post liberation woman, just say no.
