Didn't they have a saying of "we pretend to work and they pretend to pay us"? It went something like that. Human beings respond to incentives. It's very simple. If there is no incentive, then no work will be done. Period.

Right now, it's still a benefit to me to participate in society. I just participate as little as I have to. I enjoy the benefits of 1st world society still so unfortunately, I have to participate to a certain extent.

The deal is getting worse with each passing year and I fear there will come a time when I won't participate at all. The juice won't be worth the squeeze.

I believe it originated from a documentary made in the early 90s called behind the iron curtain or behind the wall, or something to that effect.

That phrase originated in the USSR, a very common phrase in the commie days. It fits with communism as a whole, as we all have to pretend everything is right and fine.

USSR can't hold a candle to what's going on these days, my distrust allows my mind to go as far as ponder thoughts of a Nano-Toro vaccine where these microscopic flesh mowers run on 5G microwave energy and chemically treated to collect throughout the central nervous system.

Throughout history, people are always marched to their deaths by their own body politic and the powers that be. Some slowly, some swiftly, but it all ends the same for anyone that gets deceived, they're forced to dig their own graves.
