I wonder... In Tennessee, if you divorce your wife, are you still brother and sister?

If Tennessee is anything like Gilbertville MA, they're still brother/sister/son/daughter/mother/father/aunt/uncle and sometimes the family pet!

What happens in Gilbertville, thank god, stays in Gilbertville!

Bundle up, boys, it's gonna be a long cold endless winter.

When it comes to spirituality I love Neville Godards philosophies. Basically he look's at the Bible as a story of a series of life lessons that are an example of how we are God all of us are but one energy source that can create any life we desire. I have put many of these practices to work in my life I wish I would have discovered his work in my younger days but alas it may have fell on deaf ears back then.

Ah, brother... the Bible doesn't really "teach" things.
It is a set of books written by different people in different times, so it obviously provides ammunition for every single angle and viewpoint you want.

That's why a set of Christians chooses to serve leper colonies - and risk getting infected doing so - and another set chooses to invade the Middle East and drown the place in blood.
What "God" wants from us is so unclear that it needs "interpreters" - notice that you, yourself say...

Think about that: we - the supposedly pathetic, inferior creations - have done a better job of building instruction manuals than the Maker of the Universe did for us!

Why? Why would the "good book" be written in such an ambiguous manner, that there's a valid interpretation of it commanding this pathetic husband to stand by his gangbang-ed whore of a wife? Why shouldn't it be written in a crystal clear way which, exactly, are the circumstances that the "forgive 77 times" applies to?

    - Should I forgive murder, too, 77 times?

    - Does the 77 times contradict with the 10 commandments?

    - If not, when does it. and when doesn't it?

If i do have the intellect to decide when it applies and when not to, without using the book, then what it the reason for the book in the first place?

If God really wanted to communicate his message in a clear, unambiguous matter, why doesn't he do so? Why does he use sheep shepherds and fishermen to "communicate" ambiguously? People incapable of forming a coherent, rational, crystal clear viewpoint that leaves no room for misunderstanding?

Why does he perform miracles spreading seas in the middle and giving sight to the blind at an age where the technology doesn't exist to record them and reproduce them for all to see?

I can keep going, but there's really no reason.
If you do open your eyes to see the real world - leaving your place of birth and travelling the world really helps in that regard - you'd see Christianity for the set of fables it is; and the obvious link between its tenets and simp-ism of all ages.

If there was someone who deserves to be called Spineless it'd be this pathetic excuse of a husband/man. Dude makes School Nerds look strong willed in comparison.

    there are multiple martixs.

Us mgtow broke out of the sexual martix filled with all it crazy memes and illogical rules and requirements

The other two is religion and social order(the belief in how society should be run).

Just like how you cannot unplug a person from the sexual/blue pill martix unless they are ready. So to you can't unplug someone from the religion matrix until they are ready.

Just because someone broke out of one matrix doesn't mean they can break out of a another

I do not attack Christians - but I do attack faulty reasoning.

I believe all of us have an obligation to fight against faulty ideas, wherever we may see them. Whether it's a Christian "resigning" to live with the whore of this thread so he can please his god, or a Muslim deciding to kill innocent people because he expects a group of virgins awaiting him in the afterlife, or some other irrational, emotional belief...

All of us - me included - have an obligation to constantly doubt ourselves, and hunt for the truth - fighting the lies, both within and without.
The "within" ones are the most difficult to fight, since most of them originate in our childhood indoctrination.

But fight them we must - it's what made us MGTOWs in the first place.

In my humble opinion, I haven't violated any of our forum's rules. Raising the point that simp-ism and religiosity are correlated, in a thread describing the ridiculous depths a believer descends to, influenced by his faith...

Well, that's definitely within the domain of a MGTOW forum.

If the mods disagree, I guess I may end up banned. But I think my point stands on its own merits.

    @FangBlade: Amen, brother - amen.

I don't have the verses in front of me, but Jesus and Saint Paul say Fornication/Adultery is a valid reason for a Christian to be divorced. The OT is much harsher on that score.

There's never been a shortage of wolves-in-shepard's clothing who held Secular Authorities/Worldly Viewpoints above at least the clear teachings of the Bible and try to muddy clear waters deliberately.

I think you are getting very fucking close to pissing a few people off... Other members have said this is not the time or place to argue religion, yet you still rage around beating your drum on how fucked up Christianity is in your point of view.

You don't believe Christianity, you are not a believer? Fine no one really cares, but don't belittle others if that is what gets them through life.

If you click "Principles" in the black tool bar and scroll down you will find this:

    • Insult fellow members:There's a difference between disagreeing and being confrontational. This is not Yahoo message boards where 'anything goes'. Chances are there's a way of expressing your opinion or disagreeing with a fellow member that doesn't involve your insulting them, being dismissive, or questioning their integrity. We will remove members based on lack of character because we know that cultivating a thriving MGTOW community means insisting on a certain baseline in conduct amongst membership. Rule applies to all members, but New Members will be on a shorter leash until they prove themselves.

Some of your comments are very much confrontational and can be classified as insults if that was your religion of choice.

Not everyone has your views, that's fine. The thing is don't try to force your views on others, and you are.

Your definition of Christianity didn't have anything to do with your argument that Christianity leads to simping. All it did was antagonize the Christians. I didn't see it as needing any action this time, but you are for sure pissing some members off.

You've had your say on this one, and don't appear to have anything new. How about giving it a break?

I keep bringing it up in my posts on the forum - and I fear I may be banned for it, since many of my MGTOW brothers refuse to see the correlation between the mindset of simps and the mindset of religiosity. But the two are very similar - it's basically a refusal to be rational, an embracing of a stubborn repetition: "I will NOT use my mind and my intellect to judge THIS part of my beliefs; no, THESE I will NEVER touch, these I will never doubt".

Look at what Jesus teaches about forgiveness: https://biblehub.com/matthew/18-22.htm
You can divorce a wife for adultery, interestingly one of the exceptions - and this is straight from Jesus. Paul repeats this exception in his Letters
    https://biblehub.com/matthew/5-32.htm

Churchianity != Christianity. Churchianity continually tries to shoehorn the World (which is now all about Women Can Do No Wrong) into Religion.

These types will talk about Discernment and Isolating Wayward Influences - UNTIL it butts heads with popular cultural beliefs, then the cog diss goes into full force and the World Wins over the Word.

Maybe on a brighter side -- he and the world know his wife is a cheating whore...think of all the married men who DO NOT know their wife is a cheating whore!!!! This guy is lucky! Plenty of married women out there flirting with, kissing, sucking, fucking their boss or coworkers....or going out with the girls only to hook up in the bathroom or car or something.

And yet he wants her back, to work through it all, which is the whole point of the article.
This guy just went through the wringer, now he wants to go through the wood chipper.
After all that, we all know wifey will divorce rape him in the end anyways.

If I were this guys' bro, I'd be whacking him on back of the head and asking him if he's stupid.
The best (or worst) part of it all is: she's not even remotely good lookin'.
As MGTOW, resistance to the collective is NOT futile.
Don't let yourself be assimilated and become a mindless zombie supporting and submitting to any woman.
    They will ultimately destroy you.

I'd bet a Diet Coke that she rode the cock carousel early and often before and after tying the knot, and hubby ignored all the signs. He was in lurrrv, you understand.

Look at what Jesus teaches about forgiveness: https://biblehub.com/matthew/18-22.htm

So if my wife chooses to be a cum dumpster for her colleagues at work, makes me a laughing stock in my community, gets infected by STDs and infects me and mine...

...well, I should forgive her - over, and over.

Peter asks: "How many times? seven times?"

Jesus replies - "seventy seven!" - that is, forgive always, forgive forever!

...with an implied: "just like my Father forgives you every time".

Any MGTOW who doesn't see how this "correlates" with women's way of thinking, how this basically destroys any notion of accountability, personal responsibility, fidelity, of anything worthwhile in a relationship...
...well, he chooses to be blind. The phenomenon is called "cognitive dissonance" - the deliberate choice to ignore the truth, even when it is staring one in the face.

Then again, speaking about accountability in the house of a god who punishes someone for the sins of someone else is kind of moot, anyway.

Nothing makes sense in the lives of true believers - I am in fact quite certain that no true believer ever really, truly sat down and read the Bible, all of it. If you do, you realize it's full of nonsense like these "77 forgives"; bits and pieces that you can use to "explain" everything, from choosing to basically tolerate living next to this disgusting whore, to smashing babies against rocks: https://biblehub.com/psalms/137-9.htm

    Pathetic, as ever.
We do not discuss religion often on the main forum, so I will keep it short. This type of behavior is not tolerated in Eastern Orthodox Christianity. The woman would be an outcast in society and the man would be ridiculed if he tries to take back such a woman. With that said Eastern Christians like Western Christians do have an Achilles heel in that they can not accept that all women are capable of being like that with the right conditions. Which is why I tend to lean toward AWALT side of the equation.

Tradcons have a hard time accepting that marriage simply doesn't work with how modern women view the modern world and how the laws are oriented.

I feel sorry for the traumatized K-9.

Imagine the things he had to watch.

He will need months of therapy.

For months she told him he was a "good dog! A very good dog!"

Now, she ignores the gifts she leaves on her porch every shift.

An escort is a woman you occasionally financially support only when she has sex with you.

A date is a woman you occasionally financially support in the hope she will have sex with you.

A wife is a woman you constantly financially support even when she is not having sex with you.

An ex-wife is a woman you constantly financially support with alimony so she can have sex......with someone else.
