Thread: MGTOW or economy, people arent forming families, look at apartment construction

In my city, there are few new developments of homes. However, lots of mega apartment projects have been built these last few years here. One in particular, look nice but they cram so many tiny units the balconies are inches from each other.

Today on my walk to the lake, I found out. Women sitting on their balconies w/cats or dogs chatting with their neighbor while on their own balcony

Check out the many Youtube channels on life in Russia. I don't mean the sanitized videos of Moscow and St. Petersburg which are no more than propaganda. I mean where the average people live. That's where the so-called "advanced countries" like America are headed.

For example, the "Janna Travels" channel used to do videos about average life in Russia. Check out this one showing the apartment complexes of Saratov:

It's already started here in places like New York City and Chicago. Guaranteed it'll spread. Too many bad things happening in parallel at the moment for it not to happen.

Men need to undo everything good they've done on women's behalf. We need to take it all back and return women to the stone age.

If women want to work 40 hour weeks plus overtime and live in tiny 3rd floor apartments that are $2,000/month…I say let them. Just don’t be surprised when they grow tired of it and go looking for a man to rescue them from the life they claim to love.

Had it happen to me once…woman boastfully claimed she was independent but was willing to quickly move me in to split rent/bills (I was stupid). Then when I soon bought a house in my name, the splitting of bills thing disappeared. I was stuck and it took me forever to get her out. She even stole some of my stuff on her way out….presumably to help fund her next living arrangement.

Yep. The average Russian is just getting by. I think it was the "Depressive Russian" channel that compared average wages to average expenses (including a crap 1-room apartment with a wonderful view of all the surrounding crap 1-room apartments). I was shocked when it was all added up. There was barely enough money left for subsistence-quality food. Instant noodles, for example. Nothing for clothing. Nothing for entertainment. Nothing for Christmas presents. Car? Somewhere around 1 in 3 people own a car, but that figure may be high because it includes non-car vehicles such as taxis, buses, and trucks.

I think that's why the black market for scrap metal in Russia is so huge. For instance, in the Chernobyl exclusion zone where radiation is still off the scale after all this time, people stripped metal out of there not too long after the residents were bused away. (Yikes.) Anything that would translate into a new pair of shoes, or a new coat, or a bottle of rotgut vodka to blur reality for a few hours. But yeah, a big reason there's so many Russian (and Ukrainian) Youtubers is because if they can get their subs and view counts up past a certain level, and then maybe count on some donations via Paypal or Patreon or Buymeacoffee, then they can bring in a little more than what their low-paying jobs earn them.

We're already starting to see similar cases here in the U.S. It's gonna get worse as "real wages" (wages factoring in true inflation which is somewhere around 20% atm) continue to fall. That decline will accelerate if the Fed doesn't raise rates at least five percent (not points) by the end of the year. But you'll never hear any of this on the news, since those networks are just the government's propaganda arm. People would panic in the streets if they knew what was really coming. I question whether the average Joe or Jane is going to be able to afford to live anywhere at all in the next 2-3 years.

It's the same thing in my area. A new housing complex just popped up down the street. $700,000 gets you a pressboard duplex with a tiny balcony and a yard the size of a postage stamp. I walk by on a regular basis and what are the new young residents doing? The women sit around staring at screens, the dogs bark, while dazed looking men bring home new consumer goods to decorate these wonderful new homes. So far I haven't seen a woman doing any work. The places were built entirely by men, of course (mostly Hispanic). When they move in it's the man and friends hauling stuff in. There are men outside in the evenings sprucing up the exteriors.

I'm just so sorry I missed the great American dream by not getting married.

No.... This is all part of the master plan. WEF Agenda 21 and 2030. Lower the carbon foot print of cities, travel less to work, shops etc. no need for cars, less need for public transport. It's to force people off the land and into high density living. Land rates or taxes will become unaffordable forcing people into the cities.

If you don't have a car, you can't travel, your carbon foot print is less. If there are no cars, the roads don't need to be maintained, that is a huge savings in carbon. Move farming into high density factories, less meat, or alternative meat (insects) and artificial meat.

The majority of the western world have signed up for this years ago, nearly every government (except Russia) is behind this. This goes along with the high inflation, prices going sky high, it's to bankrupt you. It will be totally state dependence or communism. You will own nothing and you will be happy.

There's a large community centre in my small home town that's been boarded up as well as a couple of pubs. It's only a matter of time before they get cleared and replaced by (small) characterless housing. I have seen several people saying on social media about needing small houses for our growing old (often single) population. People are become more aware of these demographic trends.

Adaptation is key, I'm halfway switched over to wood fired outdoor boiler, been subsidizing my own food (mini farm), and if/when need be, I'll be building a backyard syngas refinery and running my engines on compressed hydrogen extracted from wood.

I'm in Massachusetts, we're used to darting, dodging, and adapting our lives around radical government alterations and transformations!

This fact will catch the elites by surprise when I start boiling them down to extract biodiesel and lubricants from their bodies.

My mother lives in West Surrey in a 3 bed semi and she'd love to move into a smaller home, ideally a bungalow. However property developers there either put a second story on the bungalow or demolish it and put a tiny 4 bed property on to the same footprint. This makes small bungalows unaffordable to old age pensioners unless they move away from their families when they need them most.
