If one looses their humanity, then yes, they'll leave someone to be burned alive, man or woman, doesn't matter.

I'm not ready or willing to go to that level of indifference, I prefer my indifference at a level of self defense. Sympathy and simp are two different animals. Having no empathy is a sociopathic trait, and yes, enough exposure to sociopaths and one becomes sociopathic themselves.
