The corruption is managers handing over their power to these people because they just can't be bothered to do their jobs: hiring and firing employees.

Beware of people that can emotionally move their faces all over the map, it's a window into their scrambled souls and troubled minds.

I think a lot of managers would like to handle the hiring and firing, it's the bullshit lawsuits that arise from hiring and firing that led to the HR debacle. In some states it takes an act of God to fire someone, regardless of how shitty an employee they are. I ran a telemarketing room a long time ago in a right to work state and I will honestly say I LOVED firing people who didn't perform, show up on time or fucked off during work.

The Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) in Ontario has responded to a controversial TikTok video by one of its members.

A tweet by HRPA states: “HRPA is aware of this video post by one of its regulated members and does not condone or endorse in any way the statements made about HR practice therein. Further, HRPA is reviewing this matter to determine if there has been a breach of its Rules of Professional Conduct.”

Glad to hear that she got fired.** There are many more women out there like her, sadly. They walk among us in society, immature, petty, vindictive, meting out their little Napoleon justice. I gotta think that either she overestimated that the libs had her back, or she was on drugs when she made this video. If she had overestimated, then she knows of others who she thinks are just like her.

I've dealt with HR cunts in my NeverEnding job quest, and the way they treat men is enough to make you want to lash out at them.

This one woman who I called to schedule an interview at Kohl's, had me in the office, she saw on my application that I have no previous experience and not only did she turn me down in the shipping/receiving department, she broke my heart when she told me that I will never get a job ever in my life and that I should work in the park cleaning up dead animals. I asked her, what do you expect me to do about experience when no one will allow me to do anything anywhere? She told me with a fake sympathetic voice that she's sorry and starts comparing me to her "perfect-in-every-way" daughter who she made sound like a high achiever. I walked out of the store angry, and then in my car I started to cry because, I being the autistic guy (which I didn't know of then) believed her curse on me.

Another one but at TJ Max interviewed me and every time I answered her questions she would go "ooohhh... uuuhhhh" like I was full of shit or something. When I told her what jobs I wanted to do there, she kept saying that the job is too tough for me.

So when I hear that woman in the above video say that she is angry woman that has the power to ruin your life with the looks from the devil, I believe her, because I been there. It's women HR people that can really burn you up inside. Then again, I thought even HR people have rules to follow when it comes to causing trouble. I mean, if all female employees were like her, no one would want to work.

I fucking HATE women managers, and they're all over, ruining our lives!

The reason you can't find her termination is because she got promoted, try checking promotions. She's exactly the type they're looking for!

If they get enough phone calls, they will have to take action.
