    Chill out, jesus lol.

No one's telling you to go shack up in reverence of the good ol days.

No, we haven't gotten rid of "that" illusion, it's still prevalent among 90% of society.

No, you would willingly go into the plantation, not in the 1950's maybe , but 1900s and earlier? Highly likely. MGTOW is largely a byproduct of men being able to share info across the world via the internet.

Rather enjoy Towers pictures, funny shit - odd thing to point out?

    I disagree.

I went my own way before the concept came up on the internet.

I also wouldn’t want to live on the plantation in the 1900s. They might’ve forced me back then and that’s one of the reasons I am glad I live in 2021.

I WANT to be mgtow and I love it.

And I am always chill. The Mgtower-guy called me a manipulative son of a bitch and proceeded to tell me about the glories of times were men were almost forced to live on the plantation. - I think you are telling the wrong guy to chill out …

Now if everybody here wants those old times back, then I am clearly wrong here.
That’s what I am trying to figure out right now.
Yea man, we secretly come to goingourownway.com to dream about the good ol 1950's and how things were great back then, maybe you're on to something? - To edit this was sarcasm on my part**

No one would force you to go to the plantation before the 1900s, you'd willingly do so because it would greatly ease your burden of life and there'd be little to no consequences and only benefits of doing so, if you wanna argue about how you'd discover your bachelor hood in the supposed 100+ years before you were even born then I'll to pass have on that imaginative road trip, we can agree to disagree on that point.

More eggshells? More false innuendos? More words put in my mouth by you?

You are one manipulative SOB and I see straight through it!

I cannot and will not judge something I haven't seen for myself, fuck falling into your residence lockstep form of MGTOW.

If you were half as good at listening and not putting words in people's mouths, you'd have some understanding about the context, but no, everything's friction and nitpicking confrontational (eggshells).

Your spirit name is Eggshell. Got it?

I didn’t put words in people’s mouths. I recommend you read your own post, about how times are worse now:

I strongly disagree with you. Times were worse then, and I mentioned Ester Vila’s book for reference.

I didn’t put words in Frogs mouth either. He wrote that he believes that his parents had a better life back then, than he has now.
I am challenging that. If I thought my life is bad now, I’d go out and change it.
I am exactly where I want to be, doing what I want to do.

And what you call “nitpicking” is actually challenging peoples beliefs.

You seem to be the only in denial of the groundbreaking cultural revolution that rocked the world into your beloved modern cultural shithole (just another way of looking at it from a nemesis point of view), you know, fuck the middle ground, we can go at this all day!

Challenging a belief system and condemning it as something else is the core principle behind manipulation.

Perhaps 36 Grit is a better spirit name for you!

    That’s the spirit!

We are finally getting down to the truth of things.

I am not denying the cultural revolution at all.
    I embrace it as liberating.
It tore away the blue-pilled illusion that had men chained to the plantation.

The only thing I like about the 50's are the Hemi Batmobiles straight off the production line! Their bamboo poles and ruler straight side-cut skies suck the most!

As for the "question", did "blue-pill" men have it better, less to lose, and a better offer on the blue pill table of social metrics during that encapsulated time line?

I say they had it better when the social paradigm was ruled by men.

As for me in the 1950's? Yes I would be driving a Hemi Batmobile, but only after I healed up from broken ankles and torn ligaments using their straight raw lumber, leather work boots, and bamboo poles they call ski equipment!

Scrape me off the nearest TREE! The 50's kinda SUCK!

    From where I stand?

    Good 1950's:

    Bad 1950's:

    Good 1950's:

    Bad 1950's:

Can’t say I disagree with anything you just wrote here …

Blue-pillers might’ve lived a more comfortable illusion in the 50s, but an illusion nevertheless.
But what does that have to do with anything?
    Fuck blue-pillers!

I read the principles of this forum and one of the core principles is: Truth

The tradcuck fantsay of the 50s has always been a lie.
The truth is that women only tolerated their blue-pilled work horses and kept them around because they needed them. Once the opportunity arose to have the state extort money from them, they discarded their sorry asse.

The truth is that they always despised these naive providers and craved thug-cock.
Now they are just open about it. Good!
That’s how I like my bullshit. Up front and for all the world to see.

I prefere the truth over the lie and that’s why I rather live in this shitshow of 2021 than in the illusion of 1950.

Knowing what I know now? I'd be a bachelor on any timeline, I found female company to be suffocating at best, misery and headaches came standard. Can't get electricity to flow through blown fuse no more than you can get me on the plantation under any circumstance!

Sorry, fate has it, always has been, and always will be, A PIRATE'S LIFE FOR ME!

No woman ever made any mans life better voluntarily.
This is exactly the blue-pill myth from the 50s I am talking about.
Once women got the opportunity, they divorced their providers in droves.

And this is were I fundamentally disagree. It’s a tradcon myth. A pretty lie, also known as the plantation.

If you want to know what I mean, I strongly recommend reading Ester Vila’s “The Manipulated Man”.

I keep on mentioning this book because it’s a must-read for every man.
It straight up debunks the myth of women being “worth their salt” in the past.
Women never made any mans life easier.

The book tells it straight from the horses mouth. Ester Vila is a woman.

It would have to come from disempowerment in a world where we're each on our own, past Armageddon, when humans are on the endangered species list and not a moment sooner.

A for me? I see the future, it arrived, it's ugly, I'm MGTOW, and I'm OUT!

I don't see a plantation, I see burned fields and smoldering barns, there's nothing to go back to, they burned everything down. There's only starvation and deprivation, I'm better off in the wild.

Re: How to help blue-pill mates

I never viewed the fifties through rose colored glasses. Things looked good on the surface, but people were so uptight. Guys like my old man pretending WW II didn't happen because that's all they could do. I wouldn't go back if I could.

I suppose there was some welfare in my podunk town back then. But not much, it was no career path. Most of the jobs open to women then didn't pay enough either. Teaming up with some guy was the only way out of their parent's house for most women.

Marriage was on the rough and ready side then. A lot a dirty deeds were done dirt cheap on both sides of the fence. But both sides got something, it wasn't as one sided as today.
Every day I make the world a little bit worse.

Its not the 'dying alone' part that they are really scared of.
Most people know the we die alone.

What people are actually scared of is being alone when you are old, sick and vulnerable.. (The phrase 'dying alone' means being old, sick and vulnerable.. But alone)....

So the rebuttal 'everybody dies alone' doesn't satisfy their anxiety..

What I said is that, if you get divorced, you will still be old, sick, vulnerable AND ALONE.
Plus the fact that you will lose a half your retirement savings and assets, will actually make your 'vulnerable' period even worse.

A 50% risk of the latter happening is a better deterent than saying 'everyone dies alone', I feel.
