Thread: How can you avoid paying child support?

Something I've always wondered. Anyone able to share any tips and tricks?

I've almost gotten girls pregnant a few times and they were definitely low quality and they would have ruined my life. Gives shivers when I think about it.

I'd like to have a plan if I ever end up on the line for child support.

Seems even if you leave the country they'll just cancel your passport and screw you over there and possibly extradite you with a felony when the amount is enough. Apparently they can do that even if they don't have an extradition treaty with the country?

Otherwise In america they can look you up easily in the system whether you have a driver's license or a credit card or anything!

One thing I think is ALWAYS do a paternity test. Even if it's a woman you've been with and trust, the child could not be yours! Though they can make you pay for a child that's not yours with "common law" tactics, but if it's a one night stand or a girl you didn't live with it may save you!

It really sucks to see how rigged the system is against men.

Depends on where you live and local laws... Here in Australia, I know of a few that have ended up on the shitty end of the deal. They ended up opening a pty.ltd company, it is set up as a separate identity tax wise. They pay themselves just above min. wage and if they pick up a new GF they hire her as a employee to funnel money back... As you work for a company you are not really self employed and only have to pay on your wages... Not on what the company makes... You can't make this work if you are employed by someone else...

Cheapest safeguard is simply to become a Passport Bro and avoid the USA divorce industry system by meeting foreign women. Child support in Ukraine is about $67 per month - plus you can go there for free to meet Uke chicks by signing up with the Ukrainian Legion . . . If you do this, CS will soon be the least of your problems when confronting the unending Russian artillery fire on your trench! Rustynuts hit on it....own your own business where you can write off a lot of expenses to the point where your profit is basically a little over what a minimum wage job would pay. You have to have this plan in place years in advance so it doesn't look fishy like it's done on purpose. Perhaps make a trusted family member an employee like your mom or dad...they can funnel some of their pay back to you under the table or just pay for stuff like vacations, toys, etc.

Owning your business is just a good thing in general as far as tax advantages and what not.

You don't want to pay child support? Here's an idea..... don't have sex. Don't get her pregnant! I'm 40 and I never had sex and never even dated, which means I don't have to worry about paying a greedy parasite of a woman anything.

Come to think of it, I knew a guy who collected child support and alimony from his ex. He was a medically discharged Navy sailor married to a female Navy chief. She was cheating on him with another Chief and divorced him and filed a TRO on him to kick him out of Navy housing. He wound up proving her allegations were false and since he was a stay at home dad, he got the kids. Think she was paying him around $2500 per month in child support and alimony and she wasn't happy. She never thought women had to pay CS or alimony - her coven of friends who were collecting CS from working ex-husbands didn't realize stay at home dads get the CS.

Kind of risky nowadays with the 23 and Me DNA database - If you or anyone in your family has had a DNA test, you can probably be tracked down with a DNA search.
