How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

I recently quit my job as a teacher, and although it was a hard decision to make I'm proud I was able to do so. There were plenty of good reasons, but most importantly my health was at risk. I'm applying for different jobs now but I'm not rushing anything because I have savings I can rely on. For now I haven't had a seizure in a month and my shoulder hasn't been dislocated this week (and I'm training to prevent that it will ever happen in the future).

I'm proud I dare to switch careers whenever I need to
I'm proud I actually have a financially sound future plan for myself
I'm proud to tell other men that women can (and often will) fuck you over
I'm proud to question just about everything, and try to see the truth as objectively as possible
I'm proud of all the wisdom and philosophy I have already pondered at such a young age, and proud to actually act on that little bit wisdom I already have.

Often we came to realize such harsh truths by working ourselves into the ground for a woman and generally having no sense of dignity. Most MGTOW I see on this forum often jump from that position to one of self respect. I think self respect is one of the core concepts that we have in common. I'm proud to be a MGTOW, and to have that bit of self respect. Please share how you are proud of yourself, and if you are proud to have gone your own way.

Re: How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

I'm not sure "proud" is the right word, let me ramble a while to work it out.

I'm very pleased to be a MGHOW, and much happier for it.
I value the manosphere and especially this forum for rescuing me from terminal negativity about society.
I now know I am not alone in feeling that the West and its women are completely fucked up.

I recognise in the posts here that men fall into age strata where their hormones rage in different ways.
I have trouble identifying with the problems of men in the 18-28 range, because I left them far behind me and barely remember them. But I sympathise completely with men in 'middle age' who are undergoing the painful process of being 'reborn into reality'. I spent 15 years in that hell and the memory of it is still acute.
I also rejoice with the men who have come out the other side, the survivors. Congratulations guys.

I recognise that I became what we now call a MGHOW in that process, and that there is a community of like minds out there. That has been liberating for me. And yes I'm an INTJ.

I have learned to associate with women on my own terms. I neither desire them nor fear them. I still feel the little burst of testosterone when I meet a particularly nubile young woman, but the warning bells go off and the feeling subsides. I can admire the beauty and grace of a tiger snake without picking it up and playing with it.

I guess I am proud to be MGHOW in the same way that I'm proud to be a liberated man. It just feels so good.

Re: How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

I am most proud of YOU for having a financially sound future plan for yourself. I can't help it. That's what I want for everybody. It so matters. Hooray for you. It allowed you to manage your health, you said. Double hooray. With whipped cream on top.

As to myself, I'm so used to being MGTOW for decades that I'm pretty much on cruise-control. I have everything I want or need, and I am not rich, but I did "pay myself first" starting at a young age and will not hurt for money. So, any of you 20-somethings lurking here, save, save, SAVE! I can't help it. That's what I want for everybody!

My post was erased. @#$@#$@# hotel internet. Basically, my post was that MGTOW forces us to arrest the inertia of our life, and decide. That instinct proves valuable in other areas of life. Like career. Or choosing to 'own' other areas of our life- like our health, or our finances. To live life as a pilot, not on blue pill auto-pilot.

Some of you may be wondering -- who is this Jagrmeister guy? Have a look at some of my posts from MGTOW Forums--> Jagr Archive (collection of my articles)

I've been MGTOW so long it's the norm for me now, there's no going back.

I am proud to have found the MGTOW community though, I had just figured I was a misanthropic misfit.

Re: How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

To be honest with everyone here when I first found out about MGTOW I would not say that I felt proud as much as I felt relief. I had been around enough blue pill guys and of course women that were always telling me that my thinking was wrong or my perspective was wrong. I was always thinking that maybe I was demanding too much or just unlucky, however even before MGTOW I knew that the deck was stacked against me in family courts. Often times I had people trying to reinforce the idea that I just got a raw deal in the family courts. However I knew that I was not the only one, I watched a friend of mine take care of his kids for about 8 years or so with no child support from his ex. However the minute the kids tried to get daddy arrested and went to their mommy's house then child support came after my friend yesterday. So finding these forums was a big relief to me and it gave me a direction to go with a purpose.

Today I am very proud of being a MGTOW and I am also proud of the friends I have made on these forums. Even my friends that I grew up with have noticed a change in me. I am often more relaxed and that is because I know I don't have to go through loosing everything again. I have often used some of the language we use on here such as "pussy pass" with my life long friends. I can tell you that not only did they get a big laugh out of it, they could also see how true it is. All of my close friends know that I have gone my own way and reject certain things when it comes to women such as marriage, kids and living with them. They know why I am doing that and don't blame me, truthfully they have told me they have done the same watching what I have been through. I have also changed my attitude on how I interact with men in general. I am quicker to offer men help than I was before. When I see a man that has a bitch tagging along and complaining my heart goes out to him. So every time I see that man with a bitch in tow I say to myself "but for the grace of God Their go I".

I am proud that, except for working 40-45 hours a week, I control how I spend all of my time.
I am proud that I can save from 25-50% of all the money I make from working.
I am proud that I can afford to change jobs if I wanted to, or take a sabbatical from working altogether.
I am proud that thanks to vasectomy I'll never get shamed into marriage by a pregnancy scare.
I am proud that I can turn my phone on silent all weekend if I want and not answer to anybody.
I am proud that if my phone rings and a friend wants to do something, I don't need anybody's permission to do it.

Re: How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

I am definitely proud to be a MGTOW - in fact it takes an act of will not to self-declare in front of all my coworkers and friends and family.

(don't worry, have sufficient will to not do so).

But I do honestly feel pride. It's quasi-tribal in nature, an esprit-de-corps... I am proud to be a part of what I think will be a major force in the shaping of western society in the early 21st century. Maybe in a scale equal in impact to how the hippies and beatnicks shaped western society in the 60's.

Re: How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

I don't flaunt it and rarely get into discussions on the matter outside of close friends. It's not worth it. Inwardly, however, I'm content and you could indeed say proud.

Every Christmas when I visit some relatives I get a good look at the blue pill experience with kids running around breaking everything, 40+ year old women casually moving the conversation topic toward how awful it would be to die alone, pussywhipped boyfriends taking their frustration out on their kids as the (bitchy and morbidly obese) cupcake is untouchable, etc. Looking at all that, knowing I haven't and will not make these mistakes in my life, how can I not be proud?

Thanks for sharing Chairborne, the video definitely rang some bells in my head. Feminist superiors also played their part in why I resigned.. perhaps I'll share that story some other time here.

Re: How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

The best thing is that MGTOW dont die we multiply .

The power of doing nothing .

You only beat the casino i if you dont go there .

You want something the most when you dont have it and even more so if you cant have it no no . What you have you do not value ...which is why this world i upside down and crazy in a bad way .

Try to imagine right now someone is in the hospital waiting for legs amputation , now tell me that your life sucks ? At this very second someone is .

I dont say that you must just do nothing and hippie it all your life but never overdo , cause overdoing is even worse than not doing

Im proud like a boxer cause i can turn around and leave the bar fight without feeling a loser . I know i sting like a bee so i have nothing to prove and everything to lose . Same with women i decline sex and relationships with women i want badly and it not only doesnt make me feel like a loser it makes me stronger, and even more desireable to them two rabbits with one shot so to speak .

Relationships not only lead nowhere they lead to a disaster . When something becomes a job with deadlines and bosses it starts to suck whatever you do . And job/relationships is the killer of everything that is good in this life .

Re: How are you proud of being a MGHOW?

Only ever proud of my achievements. Of the other good things in my life, I'm just grateful to have them, not to anyone or anything in particular. Fates, maybe? And even that is wrong, as there is no such thing as fate.

That said, I'm really damned proud of the independence I've gained over the last couple years. And baby, I'm just getting started Right now I'm just able to provide for myself and my education- in some more years I'll be making much more than I need, and from there its just a step to true financial independence. The sky is the limit, and for THAT I'm grateful. Even if there's no-one to be grateful to.

Now, I;ve just realized that what I've written above is wrong. Sorry, a bit drunk here. Christmas spirit and all that I've got plenty of people that I should be grateful to. Not least of them, you guys on this forum.

So, thank you for all your advice, and for sharing your stories, so that my dumb ass can learn and profit from your experiences. For my part, I'll be sure to pass it onward, when the time comes.

The best part about being a MGHOW is freedom.

    - Free to pursue things which interest me, without having to impress/ consider anyone
    - Free to choose who I work with and where I work (not a slave to a job)
    - Free to invest my time into making my self better
    - Free from being obligated to answer stupid questions about how I spent my day or how I plan to spend my weekend
    - Free to call on the bullshit advice I get from married women around me
    - Free to deny a pussy pass for women around me and put them in place
    - Free to have a drama free life where all my mental energy is funneled into something useful
    - Free to ignore my mobile ringing while I cover my head with the blanket

These are just a few things that came to mind immediately. But I am sure there will at least be a hundred things I enjoy being a MGHOW.

    Yeah !

I personally do not think about MGTOW and do not invest myself in it anymore . Im past that phase .

MGTOW knowledge is so old that you must be smoking and drinking real heavy to be oblivious to it . Which most people are doing .

My biggest thing was how to be MGTOW at work and i already past that phase as well .

I went to my recent job interview like a boss . Not one cell in my body was shaking , i felt so at peace . And this is one of the few important things that matter in my life .

If you are not afraid of them - they are afraid of you . And there are no two ways about it .
