Thread: goals before and after going MGTOW

(This is a repeat. I found it and had a laugh.)

My goals in life after becoming MGTOW:


Do stand-up comedy and do a great job making people laugh. (in progress)


Speak three languages fluently (speak 2 fluently, plus another at a high intermediate level. Update: Fluent in all 3 now.)


Become an excellent guitar player (Am a good player, and am improving)


My goals in life before becoming MGTOW:


Spurt my jizz into Maylyn's cunt.

Before MGTOW;

Sex was more of a big deal. I still didn't pursue women but I did use sex workers more than I did after MGTOW.
I pushed myself harder at work and seemed to want promotions which I got but then realized they made me very unhappy.

After MGTOW

To improve my guitar playing
Find a job that doesn't make me miserable
Be healthier
Learn about something that interests me

Before going MGTOW:
Being born alive. I never really chased women, except in the playground and that was to make them afraid of me when chased them and made kiss noises. All honestly, I never got serious about women. I wanted to live a man's only kind of life. Maybe I'm gay and not realize it.

After going MGTOW:
1 Landing a job that's enjoyable such as at Best Buy.
2 Try to get the incentive to make my supplement business experiment a real business. It's been discouraging because in the past 2 months, I only sold 5 supplements and not getting a lot of views.
3 Earn FUCK YOU money so my best friend and I can buy a nice home together and make all rooms our man caves which will include arcade and pinball machines, which I wish I had now. It will also have cable weight machines in one of the garages. Basically, I want to live with my best buddy and live like MGTOW brothers.
4 Lose weight and get in shape so I can have the appropriate image to start a fitness channel on YouTube where I can show workouts and sell the supplements I'm now struggling to on eBay. I mean who's going to want to take fitness advice from a 280 pound man who works out in wrestling trunks? I want the body of wrestler Ted DiBiase Junior.
5 Avoid the bitches by all means. I'm not really into women, not even a sexual desire.

I was already old when I went red pill, so my goals didn't change as much as they would if I were younger.

The big difference is I'm far happier now. I no longer feel like a victim or a chump, which was my ground state in the old days.

Before:

1.Hot woman. Lady in the streets. Total freak in the sheets. Wife her up.
2. Big house on some land in the woods.
3. Huge workshop on the property
4. Good selection of collectible or hot rod cars.
5. Enough cash for a good retirement

Then I got divorced. Found MGTOW and healed up.

After:

1. Adequate retirement cash for one only. Me.
2. Small house all paid off.
3. Big workshop behind house.
4. 1 collectible fun car
5. Peace and quiet. Live by myself
6. A woman who could suck the chrome off a trailer hitch, couple times a month

Wow we're almost identical! Except I have two collectable cars, one in the garage mint and rumbles your eardrums. The other is in the garage, the loft, my computer room closet, and my downstairs bathroom!

Peace and quiet is a big one! I get frustrated when some people think nothing of noise-bombing the neighborhood with their rap-mobiles and booming bass. I don't give a fuck if someone else likes rap music or some other music type that's not for me. I just don't want it forced on me. Sometimes it's when I'm trying to work my job.

BEFORE:

To find a woman who would know me down to the core, and therefore be truly loved.

AFTER:

To know myself down to the core, and therefore be truly loved.

Before
Women provided a sense of connection and acceptance, which cleared the fog. Maslow's hierarchy--you cannot split the atom if you're starving. But there was a major flaw, which was inescapable irony: I need the woman to work on cool shit, but the woman got in the way of working on cool shit. Ironic for her, too: she liked me for doing cool shit, but the cool shit either made me appealing to other women or took too much of my time, so corrective measures needed to be taken.

After
I try very hard to clear the fog myself, or just let it clear on its own. For me, that is the value of MGTOW content. Reminders of the mess, and reinforcement of the clean. I can actually just skip that step altogether. Once I realized the feasibility of this--especially seeing other men doing it too--the world opened up, and I became small. The smaller I get, the wider the scope of cool-shit-I-wanna-do gets because I'm not doing it for women or for the hope of their attention or adoration. It's quite dope.

Before: I was kinda always MGTOW, even as a child. Never understood marriage. Thought it was weird.

Had a variety of lovers for sex and fun, with relationships terminating within 6 mos. As scheduled.

Go on adventures and occasional ally be accompanied by women at their expense.

After: I don’t take lovers any more and when I go on adventures I take guy (MGTOW) friends.

We must remove the term "man cave" from the lexicon. This term was created by the gynocracy as a condescending and emasculating mind virus to belittle men. At one time, a man's home was considered his castle, his domain. Despite his standing in the societal hierarchy, he at least had a home in which he could retire. Now the gynocracy permits him a closet. To add insult to injury, the term is simply "cave man", suggesting all men are degenerates, even though it was man who created modern civilization. Fuck you, HGTV.

Sorry I buggered up your post All Up, I ment to reply and ended up editing yours instead. And that was not belittling a job. Seriously? No one refers to where I work as enjoyable, and if they did we'd have the same laugh. That was the humor. Corporate America jobs are not considered fun.

You came pretty close. ResidentEvil has not had much luck with cooperate America. If you had his work history, you might see it the same way.

1. "Man Cave" is not "just a name" anymore. This is like saying throwing racial slurs around is fine because it is common. Boggles the mind that a MGTOW forum would advocate for support of the gynocracy.

2. Re; ResidentEvil and his work history. Best Buy IS corporate America. It is a giant, major corporation. There was no belittling. I'm just reading that I should know who to walk on eggshells around.

So, thanks for the well wishes, we are obviously not a good fit. MGTOW for me is strong individuals striving for greater heights.

There's nothing at all wrong with working at Best Buy. That's good, honest work. No one should look down on that.

I wish I wouldn't have bothered; all it did was piss him off. But he did come pretty close to belittling your job. Even if most people think your gig ain't much, nobody needs that.

I saw an insult with some self boasting. Why insult someone when you can say nothing? Sometimes opinions are best kept to oneself, especially if they're insulting. It's not what the cool kids do.

The only jobs I ever did was construction (mainly painting and home improvement) with my mother and poll worker during elections or primaries, which I recently did one and it was a long hard day.

As far as the construction job goes, my mom had to drive an hour to pick me up (I didn't have a car then), take me an hour back to the job site, we did painting fences and walls in 90-degree heat; shoveled stones in a bucket; removed carpet that was damp with dog piss from my mom's previous tenant; mow lawns, rearrange furniture and sanding decks. This was a year before I went in for mental evaluation for autism. I'll tell you it was a hard and miserable job, even with my mom and step dad there and I wanted to do something more of what I want to do.
