    F.O.G.

Fear. Obligation. Guilt. Dr. Susan Forward invented this anagram to describe the manipulation tactics of psychopaths. These tactics are pervasive in the behavioral repertoire of most females.

I have had this used against me by both genders. One time I sat down on a tram and a woman started berating me because I didn't offer her the seat. I just looked at her. I didn't care about her bullshit.

Had a guy have a go at me on the train because I wouldn't give up my seat for his bicycle! He went on about me being selfish, never mind he brought a bike onto a crowded train.

    People are just fucked.

I would've told them both to kiss the fattest part of my ass.

You don't owe that woman your seat, or that man a spot for his bike on the train. That's a sense of entitlement by both of them and I can't stand those people, because they feel entitled to something and then get upset you didn't give it to them.

    Some people!
It's a man's world and we need to take it by the throat and make it give us what we desire.

    The worst is "man up"

It's code for you're not doing what I want you to be doing, so I'm going to shame you into doing it.

Can you imagine if "woman up" was a socially acceptable term? What would that mean? Nobody knows because there's no responsibility assigned to women.

    Indeed.

When feminists say "man up", they are saying "put on this leash".

When feminists say we are immature man-boys who play video games in mom's basement, they are saying, "we're not putting on the leash".

    It's not a leash, it's a choker chain, and they're a car bumper!

Exactly. It's like the other phrases and questions, "What do women want?" you never hear anyone ask what men want!

"Happy wife, happy life" I have always construed this to mean that if the wife ain't happy she will ensure no one else will be happy.

Oddly enough the other phrase is "If Momma ain't happy, ain't no one happy" again, if the woman isn't pleased she will make sure everyone else is miserable.

So many men seem to live in fear of their women ending the relationship if they don't comply with the women's excessive demands. Ought to see the woman doesn't love them if she's so willing to destroy the relationship.

This is the mentality we are forced and reinforced to adhere to throughout our lives and the lives of many of our fathers before us, that women deserve our effort, our time, our patience, absolutely everything. But what do we get? When it comes down to give and take what is it that most men really receive? The scales are not balanced, not anymore and not any time soon, not unless you go your own way to tip them a little back in your favour. When I hear these sayings I’ll be pulling men up on it if I can, try to encourage discussion or a thought outside of the indoctrination. Men need to realise they aren’t slaves or subjects to women.
There are so many things we are taught and just expected to accept unquestioningly that when we challenge them it does make people pause for a moment. Maybe your dad will wake up.

    Re: F.O.G.

The more years you're redpilled, the more finely tuned your "F.O.G. radar" becomes. That's been my experience anyway. I'm at the point now where every communication out of a woman's mouth gets instantly parsed and thrown into one of two buckets: Neutral (rare), or Manipulative (typical). I don't even have to think about it now. It's become total instinct. Great place to be, I must say, even only on the basis (bases?) of money saved and aggravation avoided.

Advice to all: Constantly practice your Instant Parser, every day, with every conversation. Your Instant Parser is your perimeter defense. We all have one, but they're at different stages of development. It's like a muscle; you have to use it regularly if it's going to serve you well. It needs to be not just accurate, but also fast.

That reminds me of a story one of our brothers shared a long time ago. He told a woman at a party to "woman up" and it sent a few of them to the bathroom, crying. I dearly want to read that again
