Exclamation Entitled Woman Sues Kraft Over Mac And Cheese Cook Time for $5 Million

I'm taking some time off packing to show you guys something I saw in the news yesterday.

This woman in Florida is suing Kraft because her mac and cheese dinner wasn't ready in 3 1/2 minutes for $5M. Jeez, women do anything to get fat money, even ridiculous lawsuits. Well, I hope the only winner out of this is Kraft and her attorney when she loses. That'll teach her to be an idiot.

What I want to know is why does this woman feel she deserves $5 million over something that is literally nothing?
It's a man's world and we need to take it by the throat and make it give us what we desire.

I wonder if she's originally from Port St. Lucie, 'cause that's where crap like that usually takes place.

I hope a REAL judge presides over this and dismisses it for what it is: frivolous.

Because she buys Kraft products which goes in no small way to showing that she's not too bright. (Sarcasm)

Kraft destroy everything they touch and I'd love to see them put out of business, but you're right this lawsuit is ridiculous.

This seems outlandish to a rational mind. We are, however, talking about a woman and entitlement. I truly could believe that the twat does in fact believe she is owed that amount of money for something so asinine.

You see examples of this every day, although on a lesser scale. Women bitching about things at the store, at restaurants, at shopping centers, basically in any and all public venues. They have no shame. If there’s even a 5% chance that a twat can get over on someone, she’ll take the chance. She’s a woman after all. She has an army of fat-assed feminists and limp-dicked simps running behind her, ready to defend her at every beck and call.

The problem is that the attorney who filed this complaint knows that chances are very high that Kraft will settle for $1 mil and he makes a quick $330k.

I'm shocked that as a woman, she even knows how to make something this complex.

Most women can't fucking make ice in less than 3 tries.

Fuck Kraft... Most of their products should not be sold for human consumption. How many single mothers are feeding kids this shit instead of a real healthy meal? Making women lazier, and kids fatter... The world would be a better place without it!!!

According to the video, the plaintiff claims the package should say it take 3 1/2 minutes in the microwave., but that her pre- and post-microwave preparation time exceeds that.

If I was the judge, I'd say that the totality of the package informs the normal, average person that it's "microwave time", by indicating its microwavable.

Another approach might be to say that the term microwavable only means it can be microwaved. It doesn't mean it must be microwaved.

This is the choice of the user. (Have you ever eaten a cold pop-tart instead of putting it in the toaster? Cookie dough, ladies?)

She could have chosen to not microwave it, serving that product in the time it took only to unwrap it and eat it unheated, which would be much less then 3 1/2 minutes. (Yuk.)

She could have removed it from the microwave prior to 3 1/2 minutes.

And if she says a normal person would not do that, I'd respond to say a normal person would understand totality of the packaging.

    Case dismissed.

Next we'll see on the package: Ready in 3 1/2 Minutes*

In court, in closing, Krafts defence should ask her what did she set the default microwave wattage on....wouldn't be surprised if she gave a very good imitation of what a fish does with its mouth.....

Since the 1990s the US Supreme Court has made rulings to try to rein inflated jury awards that have no relationship to actual "suffering". This case is a prime example of the kind of nonsense the court has been trying to quash. There's no way she has any legitimate $5 million claim against Kraft.

With this in mind, I predict Kraft won't give her $1 million, more like a few grand tops. It'll be settled out of court with the terms confidential.

A good lawyer would include the microwave manufacture and the local power utility for not supplying the proper voltage.

I'm in Massachusetts, this kinda shit happens all the time.

Our ambulances should have signs that say; "lawyers keep back 300 feet".
Bundle up, boys, it's gonna be a long cold endless winter.

That's what I assumed. If it says it's ready in 3 1/2 minutes, I took it to mean that's about how long you microwave it. That time should be expected to vary some anyway because different microwave ovens work somewhat differently. Plus, cooking time will vary by altitude. She's just being a pedantic and greedy POS. If she really didn't like Kraft's mac'n'cheese, there are plenty other brands.

Yeah, we know the world's great cooks always microwave macaroni and cheese.

Man, I've never done that in my life. I boil my pasta the old-fashioned way, on the stove.

The Redbull lawsuit a few years ago paved the way for this kind of bullshit. The individual was a moron when they claimed that it was false advertising because it didn't give them wings.
The second the lawsuit became successful, the moron label was lifted and the plaintiff became rich.
