Emmanuel Weinstein and the 2 Minutes Hate

"Weinstein is actually a Goldstein. I mean, he's being put in front of us the way Emmanuel Goldstein was put in front of the workers at the Ministry of Truth in Orwell'sNineteen Eighty-Four: as an Enemy of the People, whose image was to be cursed and spat at during the Two Minutes Hate.Looking up the relevant passage in that novel just now, to make sure I got Goldstein's name right—the fact-checkers here at VDARE.com can be pretty ferocious, let me tell you—I found myself reading this passage from Chapter One. Everyone is seated in the conference hall and the Two Minutes Hate has just started. Quote:
As usual, the face of Emmanuel Goldstein, the Enemy of the People, had flashed on to the screen. There were hisses here and there among the audience. The little sandy-haired woman gave a squeak of mingled fear and disgust.
    End quote.
It so happened that just half an hour before reading that, I had been enjoying my breakfast over this morning's copy of the New York Post. Here's a quote from page 14 of the Post. The story is about events on Thursday in the Weinstein trial. That was the third day of jury selection. Quote from the New York Post:
After Justice James Burke summoned 120 jurors into the courtroom, packing the gallery and jury box, he announced the name of the case: "The People of the State of New York Against Harvey Weinstein."
"Oh, s—t!" exclaimed one female juror, seated in the jury box, as she glanced at the fallen Hollywood titan at the defense table. ["Juror says 'Oh, s—t!' after learning she may be on Harvey Weinstein case" by Rebecca Rosenberg; NY Post, January 10th 2020.]
    End quote.
Obviously this is the little sandy-haired woman from Orwell's novel, escaped somehow from the realm of fiction into the so-called "real world." Or if not anything so metaphysically improbable, it is surely at least a very exquisite instance of life imitating art.
You may infer from all that that my sympathies—you can say "prejudices," if you like—are with Harvey Weinstein here. Well, yes, they are . . .
So I have trouble getting on board with this particular Two Minutes Hate. In fact I have double trouble. I was strongly impressed by Dorothy Rabinowitz's 2003 book No Crueler Tyrannies, about the child sex-abuse hysteria of the 1990s. I was so strongly impressed, I see on a site search that I have mentioned the book six times over the years. At fifty podcasts a year over fifteen years that's not obsessive, but it tells you how well the Rabinowitz book sensitized me to the weird mass hysterias that sweep over the American public from time to time . . . "

First they came after Harvey Weinstein, so guess who comes later if you have any assets? Any mirrors handy?
What I'd like to know is what kind of insurance policy Harvey had that paid off all the women. Anyone?

On the one hand - all he did was have sex with some whores, exchanging pussy for a shot at stardom (unless he did some kids, in which case hang him). As has been pointed out - the women that got their oscars aren't lining up to accuse Weinstein, it's only the ones that didn't get what they paid for.

On the other hand, there's a massive undercurrent, an elephant-in-the-room: American Jewry and their place in Hollywood. I suspect that Senator McCarthy's crusade against "communists" in Hollywood wasn't really about communism, but he couldn't say so because Hitler.

Yeah, there's a lot going on.

According to feminist theory, all sex is based in power.
Men use their privilege to coerce women to having sex they'd rather not have.
All feminists believe that if there were REAL equality (read: women didn't NEED men for anything) no rational woman would spread her legs for any man.

The trouble here is that anytime a man has more social or economic power than a woman, she can't even be AROUND such a man. Anything he says to her will get her wet. She will be magnetically and powerlessly drawn to this man, and when in striking distance of his COERCION AND POWER her legs will just fly open, like he's mastered "The Force" or some damned thing. She has no agency, no control, no power and no restraint around such a man. The power imbalance makes her an instant rape victim because oppression, because patriarchy, because white male privilege. She has no ability to say "Hmmm, I won't fuck powerful men to abscond with some of their power - only whores do that."

So they do that, but then want to lose the badge of "whore" and regain their innocence by labelling the man in the arrangement a rapist.

None of these women were raped.

As such, MY theory is that sex (and rape) is not about power and control - that's just a projection. Feminism is about power and control, and getting more power than men without doing any of the work. Why sex is an obsession of feminists it's the only way the powerless little shits can abscond with power/money from "real men".

As for Weinstein's "victims"? Just whores who felt they were not paid enough.
Because other women went on to become famous.

Maybe those other women actually WORKED FOR THEIR FAME after the casting couch.
Maybe the ones who failed thought their vaginas would take them all the way, regardless of their acting ability.

    Interesting.
    - Feminism is Cancer.
    - Where have all the good men gone? Away. Far far away... from you.
    - NAWALT? Maybe, but EWALT means Russian Roulette is a much safer bet...

If women didn't have tits or "The Hole", what good would they be? Not alot.
So they have to use what they got to get some where. Flat on her back is a whole bunch easier than welding.......

Not so, I've welded flat on my back in a molten spark shower and it's anything but easy, and sure as fuck not pleasurable!
If we laid on our backs and did nothing, feminism, gynocentrism, and women, WOULD PERISH!

I am noticing a pattern that they are targeting these men when they are older and ready to retire or already retired. How come we haven't seen such accusations thrown around against younger, powerful men in Hollywood?

Maybe Briffault's Law is in play? The harems will protect the younger, powerful men in Hollywood until the time is ripe to move on it appears.

Weinstein is being accused of rape, not merely sexual assault which can often mean something minor like groping. Cases where the defendant has an audio-tape of her saying No, and him pressing on. It's in a different category than most of the Fake Rape accusations which are substance-less.

What's happening now is a criminal trial. As far as assets, or them going after money, that is not at stake in a criminal trial.

I think you're right about McCarthy. Hence why he's so vilified today, in a way that is disproportionate to his actions.
