    Who else has noticed this?

Lately Ive noticed quite a lot of so called happily married women trying to convince me that I should also be married. They seem visibly upset when they hear I am single, and almost as much when they realize I don't have a gf either. I'm curious what you guys think is the reason why this is since it's not making any difference to their life. I never try to convince married people to get divorced lol.

I have a few theories but interested in your ideas. The funniest comment I heard coming from a married woman was ''what are you going to do with all of that free time and extra money?''. She made this statement like it was negative. Another statement was ''you should get married, it will motivate you to earn more, buy a big house, look after kids, work longer hours''.

I never feel the need to try to convince others to live the way I do, but it seems married people always try to do so. I can't help think it's because deep down they aren't happy, so why should that guy be playing on easy mode.

Edit: I wonder if they would still be asking me this if I was an ugly fucker.

Misery loves company. Married men especially want validation of their life choice by seeing other men marry.

Are the people you are talking about Asian? My experience is Asian men and women are always pushing marriage. Which might explain why there are 1 billion people in China.

There is an asian girl at my workplace who always says 'why are you not getting married? Who hurt you?

She was cheated on by Chang and now has to bring up three girls working 80 hours a week. This is the consequence of going for looks over actual value.

Where have all the good men gone?

Yea, it's mostly Asian women that have been saying that. It's not so much the men really. Every time they show a picture of their husband, it's always the same. An overworked typical nice guy, never the ones they actually find attractive. One woman kept on repeating how she believed in one man for life. After the 5th time of her saying it, I started to wonder if she was just trying to convince herself haha.

I get that shit all the time too. People say I should remarry and have kids. I tell them to kiss my ass. Nobody is going to tell me how to live my life especially a fucking breeder.

I get that shit once in awhile too. If you are not interested in a woman then you must be gay but if a woman is not interested in you then its her prerogative. Those same fucks that asked if you were gay would also be wanting to fight you for liking her. The "anything for pussy" guys piss me off. Take a good look at them. They are probably stuck with bratty kids, a bitchy girlfriend/wife, and are just totally miserable all around. Even if you were gay so fucking what. The "anything for pussy" guys are worse than women in a lot of ways. They are the types that give MEN a bad name. They will buy some random stranger broad drinks until they are broke and/or grope her then she will scream RAPE which in turn makes out all guys look like fucking idiots.Another thing that bothers me is that "u r lik so gay" bullshit. It seems everything except being a total tool is considered gay. Next time someone asks you if you are gay then do what I do. Mess with them back. Say "Why? Do you have a crush on me?" They will probably respond with some fake macho shit of "I ain't no fag! I'll kick your ass". Respond by saying "Oh. You seemed to show interest in me and if you want to kick or do anything to my ass then you know where to find it!". Good chance they'll be shocked and speechless while leaving you in peace.

Re: Who else has noticed this?

Let me say that what I am about to say is obvious to those already members of this forum. These same women that argue that a single man should marry are the same ones that do not have their husbands pictures anywhere on their instagram, facebook, or twitter pages.

In the past, I am used to seeing loving married couples carrying pictures of each other or when they took a picture together on a desk for example. In the current world of social cuckhold media though even married women seem like they want to create the illusion of being available by having only their own pictures up on social media.

That is hypergamy in overdrive and very destructive.

Do your best to stay away from women and other people who may try to pressure you to get married and have little rug rats. I know a guy who lives in the same community as I and he doesn't talk with anyone here. A lot of old hens here who got what they have from their former husbands so they have a lot of free time since they don't work.

Women are a hive mind. Look how the "smart" phone is crack-cocaine for them.

Listen to NOTHING any woman tells you.

Now tell me this . Why a man that makes enough to raise a family would want it in the first place ?

When he could live a life of luxury alone .

“If a young man gets married, starts a family, and spends the rest of his life working at a soul-destroying job, he is held up as an example of virtue and responsibility.
The other type of man, living only for himself, working only for himself, doing first one thing and then another simply because he enjoys it and because he has to keep only himself, sleeping where and when he wants, and facing woman when he meets her, on equal terms and not as one of a million slaves, is rejected by society.
The free, unshackled man has no place in its midst.” -Esther Vilar
"Whoever has trusted a woman has trusted deceivers." .... Hesiod

If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much

An escort is a woman you occasionally financially support only when she has sex with you.

A date is a woman you occasionally financially support in the hope she will have sex with you.

A wife is a woman you constantly financially support even when she is not having sex with you.

An ex-wife is a woman you constantly financially support with alimony so she can have sex......with someone else.

"earn more" = work longer hours, hounded by the prospect of financial ruin and social approbation if you lose your job

"buy a big house" = where you will be banished to the coldest/dampest part of the house, but be told its your "man cave." (Yes, men have evolved so much, they are back to being "cave men." And when you get divorced, you realize you worked so hard to create a comfortable place for your ex-wife to fornicate with other men.)

"look after kids" = chauffer them from soccer practice to karate lessons to school, and since we have infantilized young people (extending adolescence into the mid-20s) you will be supporting these ungrateful little monsters for years, even while society tells them that they are smarter than you.

"work longer hours" = dying almost a decade before your spouse.

There Jane. I fixed that for you.

Now, when it comes to the sheer cognitive dissonance of the female hamster, which is devoid of both logic and reason, there is no better example than this:

Weekend #1 "I want that Gazebo. And that second trip each year. And the kitchen reno. Can you ask your boss for a raise? Jane's husband got a raise!"

Man says: "Well there are rumors of a position opening up - I could try for a promotion..."

Weekend #2 "Honey, I am tired. I need more help around the house and taking the kids to activities. Can you ask your boss if you can start putting in less overtime? Sarah's husband did!"

Man thinks "Fuck, how do I explain to princess here that the promotion I need for the extra money she wants will require MORE, NOT LESS overtime?!?

Man says "Okay, honey, we'll figure something out."

The simple fact that the wife just asked her husband to get a promotion, make more money and work fewer hours is not how the world works is (a) lost on her, and (b) not her problem because she's in charge of the FEELZ department. And FEELZ don't need to make sense.

Lurkers thinking about marrying North American Princess: Are you listening?
