A bit of satire goes along way.

Used to love Onion News vids but they're few and far between these days.

In all seriousness, I couldn't tell from reading these quotes whether it was satire or not. What has been coming out of the "news" lately can't be easily distinguished as satire. The mainstream media and the Onion are one and the same.
