Broader perspective: Don't get drunk. We men have enough shit to deal with in this Bizarro World without adding impairment to the pile. And one-night stands... Those are like walking into a trap with your eyes wide open. Best type of stands is NO stands.

She liquored him up to get him to have sex. If the roles had been reversed on this point, a rape charge would not have been overlooked. (At least in the USA. Is UK different?) So, why no rape charge, dude, if you don't want this to happen to someone else?

I think she's in some type of competition with her pregnant sister, or envious of her or of the attention she gets. The article doesn't say what her family knew.

Can't really say to be honest. Maybe there have been cases but I've never heard of a rape case in the U.K. or Ireland solely based on alcohol. Date rape drugs and drink spiking, yeah maybe, but not alcohol alone.

Unless things have changed since I left the UK in 2003, there is no law that says a woman can be guilty of raping a man.

To my knowledge (not being a Britt) now you need written consent and a legal sobriety test, otherwise a man can be facing rape charges for a woman's regret sex, I wouldn't say it's a slippery slope anymore, it's in freefall!

I had wondered if he was in an alcohol blackout, not conscious of himself, and she went a-fiddlin'. Alternately, he may have had whisky dick. Maybe in extreme cases. But lets get real, PEOPLE FUCK! and usually nothing comes (oh er) of it. The odd law suit is an oddity.

It's a ploy. A way to make you FEEL something that isn't right.

If it's fun and enjoyable then go for it. I don't want women in my life but if you do then go and do what you need to.

Lets be honest:

Of all the guys and gals fucking the shit out of each other how many law suits are there?

Then, on the other hand, do YOU want to be the the exception to the rule.

Eventually life and experience will teach you that women only want to control and manipulate.

But these things take time to learn.

The thing I don't understand in our modern equal society ( no laughing at the back) how a couple can get drunk and the man can be charged with rape because the woman couldn't consent but the woman won't be by the same criteria. Best to stay away.

During my P4P career spanning many countries and interesting situations, I never once failed not to wear a condom made of kevlar. Even though its a bit out of relevance; I cannot comprehend people who fail to use condoms and precautions. My guess is both parties want a baby but do not want to openly state it.
