I agree... I suggest you make a few rules also.
Not all MGTOW are the same when it comes to women. Some ghost, some still date and entertain women, what restrictions about bringing women in?
What about an exit plan? Someone wants to return to TBP way of life? Or when a member gets old and dies, the family then claims his share... If a member runs short on money and he needs to liquidate to pay bills (medical?). How can he get out that is fair to all and still keep the dream alive?
How are disputes handled? Business partnerships often crash and burn after a few years. Best friends then become bitter after all is sorted out... it's best to set out groundwork first so members can agree before investing.
What happens if a member defaults on his share of the yearly land rates (tax), the rest will have to make up the difference or all loose out. It's not fair that one doesn't pay. How will this be handled?
Can't get blood out of a stone...
There are some groups going through some of this now. "Homesteaders" (?) a group on FB... People invested, never moved, now selling for more than invested to people or groups that are not like minded... Some ugly sounding fights going on...
