Not to out myself from my Greekness or anything, but I'm not quite, eh, Greek....but anyway.....digressing.
I am however a native of the city these wonderful ladies put on their attention seeking drunken performance in. Apparently this happened because they couldn't get sun dried tomatoes on their sandwich roll at about 2am on the main street in South Dublin City Centre - Grafton Street.

The funny thing is, that over the years, I've been out with many different groups in the city, and this level of drunkeness is certainly quite common amongst women.
The thing is that over here, the nightclub licences all go until the same time, so there are waves of people coming onto the streets en mass. This is usually about 2:30am - 3:30am, and for those who haven't been to Dublin, it's as good as any episode of National Geographic - if only we could convince David Attenborough to commentate it would be quite the sight.
The rolling on the shop floor on the main street is not massively widespread, though there is a lot of footage online of women falling on their arse, falling upside down etc. They do mouth off and shout and act like feral animals en masse once drunk - definately worth staying away from as a lot of trouble happens in this environment as you can imagine. It's like Russian Roulette, Dublin style.
At a house party, rolling around on the floor, falling down the stairs, having a dancing competition in heels in the bath, etc etc.....Funnily enough, on the FB post where I saw this, one of the worst offenders of this sort of behaviour over the years is commenting on the "disgrace" of them. How fucking hypocritical - pathetic bloody narcicism. This chick was the first person that popped into my mind when I saw that video - oh, that's just like her all those times !!
While it's fair to say, they are surely not all like this in terms of self control, the ones that do this stuff would happily concede defeat upon video evidence, and giggle proudly about how much fun the night was. Attention gained - job done.
That's right - they'd be proud of this the next day.
You can even hear one of the women in the video defending herself after her ejection from the shop, while rolling around on the floor by saying "it was the funniest thing that ever happened".
While it was the "funniest thing that ever happened",...it seems that the original upload to Youtube was removed due to "terms of service" violation. Perhaps it wasn't the funniest thing that ever happened on reflection ?!!!! We are developing a pattern over here of women getting caught on video acting ferral, and then using legal powers to get videos removed from video hosting sites.
There was a case about 18 months ago of a woman who ended up being called "KPMG Girl". KPMG is a high class accountancy/consultancy - think a large local Arthur Andersons or Accenture based in Dublin. This chick started mouthing off at these guys who were filming her with a phone in a Pizza joint, "My Dad's a partner in KPMG, and he'll F*(k you up", "My Dad's KPMG this", and "My Dad's KPMG that",....This went on for literally 10 minutes - a masterclass in entitled class snobbery. The video went viral over that weekend, and by Monday it became clear that someone on behalf of "KPMG Girl" (one could hazzard a guess at who) was chasing video sites and issuing legal threats to the point that they were chasing fresh uploads around the web and shutting them down within hours - literally within hours. It was impressive to watch it happen in real time.
Dublin girls........so so classy - out doing yourselves.
Anyone wanna man up and bank roll either of these two chicks in about 10 years when they're ready to settle down ?
