CDC: 57% of teen girls feel hopeless -- 30% considered suicide

    https://www.cdc.gov/media/releases/2023/p0213-yrbs.html

I was listening to George Noory tonight on the radio and heard him mention this so I had to look it up. I think this just proves what we all know -- women are CRAZY and they are getting crazier with each passing year/generation.

The current world as we know it is obviously unfulfilling in so many ways. If 57% of teen girls feel this way, I wonder what the percentage is for boys who are basically told they're trash -- 75%+? Gotta wonder if people should even consider bringing children into such a toxic environment.

Likely another excuse to sex change and a lifetime of Prozac... Big Pharma says there is no money to be made in healthy people... Everyone needs "Help".

Hormones in teens male or female always get the emotions rolling. Part of growing up.

I have to wonder how much of this report is utilizing "inventive definitions". For example.

According to the report, 1 in 5 reported experiencing sexual violence in the past year. Is this anything like the college rape statistic, when it turned out that the question asked was so vague and confusing that almost any encounter could be considered a sexual assault?

According to the report, 1 in 10 reported having been forced to have sex in their lifetimes. I find this hard to believe. What is the definition of "forced"? Was it physical or the threat of physical violence, or was it along the lines of "my boyfriend said he'd break up with me if we didn't do it...so I did"?

Don't get me wrong, if 1 in 5 girls are victims of sexual violence and/or 1 in 10 have been forced to have sex before they get out of their teen years, something is seriously wrong and something needs to be done. However, I can't help but think that someone out there is playing with the definitions in order to get a payoff.

I got that feeling too with the sexual questions. Feels like they are insinuating women are in such danger of violence if they don't have sex that it leads to them feeling depressed. To buy those stats I'd need to know how they define sexual violence and "forced" to have sex.

    Along with the points that others have mentioned I am also dubious about;

The report also found more than half (52%) of LGBQ+ students had recently experienced poor mental health and, concerningly, that more than 1 in 5 (22%) attempted suicide in the past year. Trend data are not available for students who identify as LGBQ+ due to changes in survey methods.
To me this is more Woke fire starting. How many of these kids are really LGTBTIQxyz? How many are just confused or been sold some stupid idea that they are something they aren't and how many are being abused in some way by other people who are LGBTIQxyz but can't say anything because that group is untouchable?

Findings by race and ethnicity also show high and worsening levels of persistent sadness or hopelessness across all racial and ethnic groups; and that reported suicide attempts increased among Black youth and White youth.
More Wokeness. Being white was never an issue before, why is it a problem now? Why are black youths made to feel they are being trodden on and why all the depression and anger?

It seems to me that the Woke like to create problems and then step in with answers to solve the issues that they created in an attempt to endear themselves to society.

Why is it with more awareness regarding metal health than ever before and so many sources of "support" that we have more kids than ever feeling depressed and suicidal?

    Something isn't right.

Also seems like everybody wants to be special, unique and get attention nowadays...look at my tats/blue hair/piercings, my social media, how talented I am, how beautiful, how oppressed I am...how I'm part of some special little group. Attention is now the soup de jour...just look at Facebook and Tiktok. If you're a straight white male how do you become special too? You have to become a bleeding heart liberal that is super offended on part of all these offended groups. Today I saw an interview between Bill Maher and Brian Cranston...two older liberal white guys. The funny thing was that Maher despite being a liberal wasn't offended enough or by as many things to satisfy Cranston.

Society is turning women into men and they are quite happy to be part of it so that means more violence and attempts at suicide.
If you believe everything you hear is a lie, you have a 100% lie detection rate.
The opposite holds true but I would rather be surprised by the truth than a lie.

    Society is a Simulacrum.

The Identity Culture thing is crippling and divisive. Hilarity Clinton lost an election due to playing that game. Biden will lose the next election for the same reason. The Woke see things in terms of black or white only. They don't understand that a black man or woman can be Conservative or why Hispanics and Latino's side with Trump due to experiencing Socialism via Castro in Cuba and countries in South America.

I watch a lot of guitar vids on Youtube and for the females it is easy. Wear something skimpy, doesn't matter if they are amazing or crap, wear something skimpy. For the men though? Well the men have to be good, they have to know what they are talking about.

So how do men, specifically white straight men stand out? By being better than everyone else.

Bill Maher can be confusing because to me he is old school Liberal. He simply wants freedom but not really for any political purpose, the guy just wants to have fun. If he was around in the 40's and 50's he would be cruising with the Rat Pack in Vegas.

We live in a dystopia, thanks to feminism. Feminism promised "free love" to everyone back in the 60s, and that sounded great to a lot of people. Instead of being tied down to a wife with a lot of responsibility, you would live as a free spirit, making love to different beautiful women all the time. What "free love" actually did was to unleash women's hypergamy unchecked, and it's been ugly. We've returned to a barbaric harem-style system where all the women go for a tiny percentage of men, the ones perceived as "high value," although their system for determining this high value is absurd. Women throw themselves after abusive sickos while ignoring men who would be loving and respectful.

So the dudes who thought they would get "free love" from the new sexual revolution really got locked out of the former system of monogamy. It's ended the one man, one woman system, and has replaced it with the chaotic cock carousel with the upper 1 percent of men fucking like crazy and everyone else excluded. If you did manage to land a turn with a woman, you're getting a slut from the carousel who's been banged more times than you've made coffee or tea for breakfast.

More than twice as many men are feeling suicidal but they have to say they aren't otherwise women will think they're weak and won't date them

And the numbers can keep growing, for I dont care anymore. Just curious and waiting for the time when Mgtows have female bots and artificial wombs to generate their own children and even their own future girlfriends. If it really happens in a near future, we will see what really a hopeless girl looks like.
