+1...What we are seeing now is what female nature looks like unrestrained. You would see similar things if children were given these very same privileges. The progressives of over 100 years ago knew what they were doing. They knew giving women the right to vote was key to getting their Marxist agenda passed. We are now seeing the aftermath of the progressive movement.

In my industry I work in I see women getting to the top simply for being women. I go on Linkedin and see that 80% of those in the industry were given managerial positions out of thin air after only 1-2 years experience or none at all (actual statistic). Many were given managerial positions after transitioning from a administrative role. I looked at hundreds and hundreds of managers in the male category and the amount of time in the industry before going into a management role was significantly higher (we are talking like 5-10 years)

So women are getting promoted due to simps trying to take advantage and get in their pants. Not all are getting promoted because of this some deserve it for sure, however I haven't seen any evidence of relevant industry experience or qualifications which merit such a promotion at the speed at which it happens. I am certain that if you look into your industries too, you might find similar conclusions. I do not doubt that women do face disadvantages in the workplace, and im sure men and women who work collaboratively, will achieve many great things.. but what i do not like is when all feminism cannot acknowledge the advantages they have, and ascertain that our society must live in a perpetual battle between the genders who are fighting over who is the most dominant.

Who's fighting? Many of us have walked away from corporate environments and rely on self.
If you ask me, the corporate world is evolving into a catfight, now that all the dogs are gone. They own TV, media, and the entertainment industry and exploit it with propaganda, censorship, and political interference, these are the telltales of female intrusion, infiltration, and command. plain and simple, they make life suck!

They don't deserve an inch of ground or understanding. It's only lending your ear to listen to the terms of your own capitulation and submission.

Shit on them and walk away, that's the proper response to 60 years of ongoing cultural ethnic/gender war with no expiration date!
