    Australia Lurches Left

Tony Abbott, PM of Australia, has been deposed by a coup from the left.
In what is rapidly becoming a tradition in Australian politics, a ruling Prime Minister has been back-stabbed by ambitious members of his own party.

Our new PM, Malcolm Turnbull (a.k.a. Turncoat) is a card carrying member of the International Banksters Collective and will drive the right-of-centre Liberal Party way to the left.

Oz voters now have the choice between parties of the Left and the Far Left.
We can expect more Islamic 'refugees', more taxes on the 'rich', i.e. anyone not actually on benefits, more tax money wasted to stop 'global warming' and ever increasing regulation of our daily lives.

There has never been a better time for good men to GTOW.

I see this especially in Australia and in Canada. In Canada someone was removed from an election for saying rape culture does not exist... how dare she say something so honest and logical?

I wouldn't really call myself a right party but i am absolutely not a left party either.

Abbot's being kicked out was always a matter of when, not if. The man was a laughing-stock. He made Prince Phillip a Knight of Australia, for Christ's sake.

Turnbull is nowhere near being a leftie except maybe by the most absurd standards of Randian, libertarian purity. Relax, man - defence spending and government give-aways to big business are still safe. The NBN will still cost a bomb (going mainly to foreign investors) and suck.

At least the man can put a sentence together and not look stupid and awkward doing it.

Abbott was a Traditional conservative, white knight mangina.

Turnbull is a more liberal, white knight feminist mangina.

For all of Abbott's faults, I thought he was right in opposing Malcolm's anthropogenic global warming evangelism.

Lets wait and see what Malcolm dishes up. It's going to be an interesting ride either way.

I've voted sustainable population party for many years now. Labour and Liberal politicians all seem about the same, it's just an ego trip to be PM and retire with a nice fat pension for life. In the meantime global corporations, multimillionare retirees and the hordes of single mum parasites avoid paying tax while we wage slaves pick up the bill.

** In the interest of full disclosure I also care primarily about my personal financial situation and will continue to earn a living off what I consider an unsustainable publically funded health care system for as long as possible**

Of course they are. Corporatism is a mainstay of the Left, always has been.

It is the Right that introduces competition to industry, and curtails subsidy.

This coup will not end well for Australia.

Say it ain't so, bro. I am 41-years old myself (about to turn 42). Glad you mention the main source of the problem, the elephant in the room, the international bankers. They've made it so if you mention them in any way that you are naziwhowantstokill6millionjews and are committing a hate crime. The flooding of these western nations with all of these immigrants is NOT a coincidence. There are elites who want us dead and bred out. It is what it is, man. There is a money trail, a literal blood trail. It's all in plain site for anyone to see.

I used to pull the lever for the left thinking they were for the underdog and that the right were the ones in bed with the corporate whores. But after decades of too much politically correct anti-male social Marxist bullshit, they finally lost me. Never thought I'd be imitating a Ronald Reagan line since I was so against him in the 1980s. But when asked by the press why he left the Democratic Party, he said, "I did not leave the democratic party. The Democratic Party left me!"

I having grown up the suburbs and lived in as well the city of BrainWashington, DC. In the Stars And Stripes Of Corruption (Dead Kennedys song title), the DC suburbs, with liberal parents. It just took till about this time to decide the democrats were no better than the right wing there. The same corporate whores. Anti white male in lots of ways, I might add. There's no good old capitalism. But instead there is corporatism run amok. They sold us out decades ago.

Like you say Colin, unfortunately the Marxists are indeed winning world wide. Looked at my ancestors in England and Ireland and hoped it be different. Ah, NAH! In quite a few ways the same old shit. You'd think our brothers down under would have the moxie to say hell no. Hate to use Steve Irwin as an example since he is an outlier and despite his tragic death his family keep his zoo alive and all. But to think, the land of some extraordinary examples would give in? Or even the U.S.?

Oh well, it's time to stop being politically correct and tell those sheeple to fuck off. I mean that in polite conversation with friends. Time to say, "SORRY, but you're out to lunch. Not seeing the forest for the trees exactly."

They say to NEVER talk about politics and religion with friends and family in or as polite neutral company. Unfortunately, we all took that too literally. Perhaps that is how we all got into this fucking mess in the first place. Rant over.

You wanna hear the kicker? If Abbot had made it four more days, if he had made it to Friday, he would have been eligible for the sweet, sweet lewt. Turnbull is independently wealthy, of course.

This is simply not true. The merger of government with private enterprise is what fascism is, and it's notably right wing. Here in Oz, anyway, outsourcing the role of government to private enterprise is what the Liberals (which are our right wing party), do. It has the bonus that it reduces the amount of oversight. One of the "checks and balances" on the government of the day, the politicians, is the public service. The poiliticians don't like it much, which is why they broke up DasFleet and sold it after the Mal Colston affair. I was around at the time - it's one story out of dozens. Every time the right gets in, they fire half the service. And then two years into term they go "Holy Shit! You actually *do* need a public service to be able to run a country!" By that time, of course, the people who got fired have had to move on to other jobs, so they have to either hire incompetent people or outsource to companies whose goal in life is not to serve the commonwealth, but to make money off it.

Sigh. Why am I writing this? I am not all that interested in replying to libertarian bumper-sticker slogans when I know the people spruiking those slogans are just not interested in hearing anything different.

This is simply not true. The merger of government with private enterprise is what fascism is, and it's notably right wing.
Did Benito Mussolini know what Fascism is? Because he was a prime contributor to the Marxist magazine Avanti and a prominent Marxist theoretician himself. Fascism is a subset of socialism and is profoundly anti-capitalist. In what way can an integration of enterprise be considered right-wing? If Margaret Thatcher acted in the opposite way (by reducing taxes, government interference and subsidy, and regulation) would that make her left-wing?

The problem is, the Left have corrupted our understanding of the political spectrum so badly, that we are falling for the double-think that those who grow the government are right-wing (if we don't like how they do it) and those who shrink the government are also right-wing (if we don't like how they do it). It basically amounts to right-wing = bad and evil regardless of the actual policy. How else could you be slurred as a "fascist" for acting in the exact opposite way Mussolini did?

This only makes sense in the same way that Stalin might have called Mussolini right wing. To Churchill, they were both deranged statist anti-capitalists.

Here in Oz, anyway, outsourcing the role of government to private enterprise is what the Liberals (which are our right wing party), do.
I know what a real Liberal is, thanks. Outsourcing industry is the opposite of coercing it. Had they been nationalising industry, you could call them fascists. In any case, it's happening all over the world because governments are in debt due to the fact they can't run anything properly.

it's one story out of dozens. Every time the right gets in, they fire half the service. And then two years into term they go "Holy Shit! You actually *do* need a public service to be able to run a country!"
Again, a matter of perspective. Overstaffed with masses of inefficient staff who can be counted to vote one way who will obviously be culled when the political wind changes. Public service workers often get caught up in the gerrymandering game. Do you think their pensions are fair compared to what private sector workers get? Governments are very poor at running operations regardless of their stripe. This is why low tax governments are better value. The same incompetence for a lower price. Of course those who live from State patronage (unemployed and public sector mainly) would see a higher tax government as cheaper, naturally.

Sigh. Why am I writing this? I am not all that interested in replying to libertarian bumper-sticker slogans when I know the people spruiking those slogans are just not interested in hearing anything different.
    You disappoint me.

Our Mangina in Chief is parroting feminist talking points, as usual.

Granted that unwarranted violence against anyone is bad, the PM's unabashed gynocentric rhetoric may very well alienate voters who are starting to get tired of the disproportionate screeching from the usual suspects.

And by the way, speaking of violence, doesn't Malcolm Turnbull have the kind of head one would never tire of kicking?

World wide governments are headed Left. Why? Because worldwide fewer and fewer men are getting married. Women will not be denied the experience of having a kid. So they will make a baby with you or without you. And if you don't step up and get married, women will go ahead and have a kid anyway. Women will rationalize to themselves they can afford single motherhood. Then reality hits. Kids are expensive. That means turning to government to pay the bills.

Basically single mothers marry government. They need the money to raise a kid. Which is a major reason governments are being pushed Left.

You can see the same thing played out in any nation rich enough to "throw money" at the unwed-mother problem. And, of course, the SEI (Strong Empowered Independent women) are blind to the irony of their dependence on Big Daddy Government, which is largely funded by the men "they don't need."

An Irish magazine published a damning article about this in 2004. I copied the article to our "Action" forum in 2014 to keep it from getting lost in cyberspace:

If the voting blocs are majority women and there is a need for increased social services I agree the lean will be more leftwards. However, without a system to sustain this pyramid at the bottom (workers) then it will collapse fairly quickly.

Greece is a perfect example of this as they showed on the news today that the new reforms are going now after the Greek pension plans. You can't steal from the future Peter money and expect to be able to pay Paul in the future as well. You have to choose wisely.

Correct. One reason men of the past worked so hard was because they wanted to provide for their wife and kids. Another reason that men worked hard was because he wanted to be a catch to some woman. So men of the past worked hard to become marriage material, then worked hard for their families. That has all ended. More and more men have decided that they will not marry. Once a man makes that decision, they realize that they don't need to work so hard. For what? To impress some girl?

If you have been watching what has been going on in Japan is the rise of the Herbivore men. These guys don't want to get married. So they do the absolute bare minimum. They earn just enough to take care of themselves. The government of Japan has a major problem. How do you tax someone who does not want to work.
