What attention seeking behaviour bothers you the most?

My friend is in town, and I have one time to meet with him, we met for lunch today at a casual burger place. We are sat about 10 ft away from the closest table due to social distancing. 10 ft away is a late 40 yr old looker with her parents, and after noticing us goes into school girl mood with a loud high pitch voice. Worse, she starts to virtue signal by saying how good she is with money and wont buy anything without a coupon. Just one glance I could tell that hair is $350/mo and who knows how much she spends on Botox

For the young guys lurking, girls start to gray around 40. For the last 5-8 years of my marriage, I was spending $300/mo on her hair and she was seeing a salonist that converted her walkout basement into a salon. Its a two hour session plus hair products for the month, probably $500 at a profession fs salon.

What bothered me? She changed the pitch and volume of her voice, and pretended to be the fine woman that is good with financial resources.

The latest? A few days ago in public, two or three women and one mangina were praising a white knight beta provider for devoting himself to one of the women in the group. I was waiting to hear "he's a jolly good fellow" the way they're talking him up at an overwhelming volume. This woman was equivalent to adopting a 14 yo alley cat who's beauty will scratch your eyes out!

The only way I'd bargain for a relationship with a woman is in a social structure where you can buy, sell, and trade them, any other arrangement is a no no. Have them come with legal titles like a car, there's so many suckers I could trade my way back and forth up to a Lamborghini in three months!

Only a woman could save money by spending it.

The attention seeking behavior does not bother me, I ignore it. But it will also not get any attention from me. If they want my attention, there are very few "currencies" I will accept *wink, wink*, and even then I will be selective about conditions upon which I will accept.

What bothers me is how they have spent the last 70 years (and especially the last 10) proving beyond the shadow of a doubt that they are simply incapable of making all of the life decisions they are now empowered to make. Makes me wonder if all civilized planets in the cosmos just get worse over time, or if it is just an Earth thing.
