Adam Levine, Feminist: ‘Men Should Be Pillars of Support To Women’

    Forward ^ | Tamar Skydell
Adam Levine is almost 40 years old and he doesn’t need a babysitter.
The tatted up, smoldering Jewish frontman of Maroon 5 opened up in an interview with Variety about his unyielding respect and value for women, his pop-music ideology, and his future.
Levine, despite whatever you may have thought or heard about him, is ready to be your feminist crush.
. . . Incredibly, Levine reveals that “Girls Like You” was not always set to be part of the album. He says, “It was an eleventh-hour addition. Starrah wrote just a verse and chorus, and I thought, “This song is everything.” I had to beg, like, “Guys, we’ve got to get this song on the record. I don’t know why — we just have to.”
The song has taken on a new level of relevance in the post #MeToo era, as women continue to take down gender barriers and achieve breakthrough accomplishments. The singer proudly explains, “Look what just happened: We had a historic [midterm] election with how many women turned out and ran. Like, hell, we can actually do this! That’s why the iconography of the video is really important — for all of us to remember as men to support these women.” He went on, “Let’s be pillars of strength and support and not approach it from a defensive standpoint, or one that would suggest I know anything about how a woman would feel. Remain reverent to what is happening and not claim to know. Just be a set of ears.”

    Commenters:
Ahh, the estrogen is strong in this one…

His tattoos are disgusting, and so is he.

Lots of drama going on with him - apparently he has been texting, possibly seeing a woman on the side and his wife found out. The woman he was seeing has a text from him where he wanted to name his unborn child after her!!!!
“She claimed after she stopped speaking to Levine for “a period of months,” he messaged her asking to give his baby her name. Stroh shared a screenshot of the alleged message, which reads: “Ok serious question. I’m having another baby and if it’s [a] boy I really wanna name it Sumner. You ok with that? DEAD serious.””

Can the woke little bitch even Correctly identify that woman is a biological woman or is he one of those fools and think that men can get pregnant?

Except there is nothing to support, so...

Probably getting ahead of the #MeToo crap that was at it's peak around 2018.

Just another example of the top 1% giving lip service to keep their lifestyle safe, a story as old as time.

perhaps Adam missed that memo: "a woman don't need no man...". I'll assume that means that a woman does not need me to be a pillar of support for her political aspirations. According to Adam, a woman not only needs me to be a pillar of support for her, but she also needs him to come and ask me for it on her behalf.

    Dear Adam,
if there is a woman who actually does need something from me, she can come to me and ask me for it herself... in person... to my face... like a responsible adult. She can offer me something in exchange for whatever it is she wants from me. She can negotiate the exchange on her own behalf. Because, after all, she is my equal.

So why are you doing the asking for her?

    Regards,
    MGTOW

I see this more as he knows who is buying his music. Women/girls spend more money on music then men/boys do. Last thing he wants is to be labeled with something that will have him boycotted... He's just riding the wave for all it's worth.

    I'm not a fan.

    Adam,

Remember that women are strong and independent, Right? They can support themselves and live by their own work and means. It they want a man to support them, they must earn said support. They must work in the house and make their bodies available to their male partner's needs and desires. If not, they can forget it.

    Case closed.

Meaning that 304 culture is at an all time high, consumer culture is at all time high, happiness rate is all time low, not to say anything about their high position in corp worlds makes those companies go woke and broke (Netflix, Facebook etc..) because they focus on emotions instead of innovation . I have lots of examples..

You're laughing and shaking your heads in disbelief but this is the most honest thing feminist has ever said.
Think about it. In order for feminism to succeed, men should be the pillars of support for women.
They all should be Yes Men singing "Yass Queen" in unison. They all should be as exploitable as possible
so they can be exploited. No exploitation, no feminism.

Ever wondered what "have it all" really means?
Well, it's an oxymoron. You always gain something by means of sacrifice.
Time for money. Dignity for fame. Everything comes at a price.

To have it all means to sacrifice nothing. To find a sucker who will bear the price for you.
YES - they need pillars to climb on. To stand on and touch the sky.
Without pillars they are just a bunch o pygmies. But give them one
and they are giants - strong, independent and unstoppable.

Levine made the same mistake I once made. I assumed that respecting women and supporting the feminist cause would ensure that feminists reciprocated that respect. Man, was I ever wrong! Back when I was going to pro choice rallies and speaking out online for feminist causes, I was just a tool they were using. They see that as normal. Women marry men in order to make them tools they can use for resources. So it's not too surprising that feminists simply use the men who attempt to support them.

No more! Those days are over! I understand female nature now. I also understand that the root of feminism, the very core of who they are as human beings, is hatred. Feminism exists to help women escape responsibility for their own actions, and to blame men for all their problems instead of seeking real solutions.

MGTOW has helped me to liberate myself from servitude to feminism. I still agree with them on a few points, but only a few. On most issues, they're simply full of long-disproved dogma. They're on their own. I won't help them.

Adam Levine has supported feminism his whole career, and is now in for a rude awakening. He probably had a consensual encounter with some groupie who is now bent out of shape that it didn't turn into him marrying her. So now she's trying to torpedo his career in revenge.

Notice what comes from their core of hatred: Revenge.

Those are some mighty powerful words, Tig, if we follow them through just a little further, there's a full circle of wisdom.

    Hatred: Revenge: War: Retreat.

You were simply on the wrong side of history as a logical rational negotiator for some sort of settlement in an endless bums rush without rhyme or rhythm.

My enlightenment to the core and heart of feminism came in a negative light, I wasn't even 10 years old, I saw and heard angry women screaming fighting and on TV burning their bras, I had never seen that level of insanity before, it sparked deep distrust in me that never subsided.

Over time I learned to separate my emotions and not let anger get the best of me, and standing from this acquired intellectual viewpoint, I'm put off by people that swim in oceans of emotions with their logic welded shut. I noticed through the years that logic and temperance is forged by wisdom, and emotions only get in the way and stifle productivity.

They've been screaming for 60 years and all they do is get more angry and ruthless. Men are starting to notice and take measures to avoid conscription in their war, being used as pawns and peons for their disposal, feminists mutually brought out and emboldened women's "spirit of entitlement".

The one thing we have in common after arriving from polar opposite places, is that we didn't start this war, we're just it's casualties, we're the men that had our culture and country twisted, distorted, and used against us in every way shape and form, we were villainized and ostracized. Out with old and in with the new, blessed are the peacemakers (MGTOW) that put an end to war.

A feminist will never know the peace and tranquility we've come to know, they'll be fighting their war until there's nobody left to kill.

I have learned what it means to forgive and love thy enemy. Hatred is their foundation, logic and understanding is ours. I know one thing for sure, in all this turmoil my foundation is holding up pretty good, its like using the rock Gibraltar to hold down your tent!
Bundle up, boys, it's gonna be a long cold endless winter.

Yeah, I don't even hate the feminists anymore. I pity them. Their dogma and lifestyle is a recipe for misery. We've escaped it, but they probably won't. They'll live as better and angry bigots and will die that way. Then when they're gone and people review their lives, people will be like, "What a sad person; they're probably better off now."

When I've been a pillar of support for women, it had the uncanny effect of drying them up, and being taken advantage of.

When I've been a pillar of support for myself only, they seemed to show more sexual desire and respect for me.

This has been the rule I've observed without exception.

I know who I shall support for the rest of my life.

Re: Adam Levine, Feminist: ‘Men Should Be Pillars of Support To Women’

Levine just used his 'support of feminism' as an angle. You don't meet a lot of chicks at the Elk's Lodge Friday night potluck but you do as a rock star who says they are pro-feminism. It's the perfect stance to take to have women come to you when you are a high profile celebrity. Not that he needs it, but it probably makes the potential targets feel like they have something in common and they can approach him with a pitch other than "I love your songs" which is pretty generic. He's basically closed the deal before he's said a word with the common kinship of pro-feminism.

It goes to show how naive women are. Look at the guy. He reeks of player. Most successful rock stars do because they are the ultimate center of attention while performing and they have tons of money. And let's face it, when pressed, any high profile male celebrity would say they are pro-feminism. Any answer to the contrary risks career suicide.
