So this is where everyone went

So Iíve been following/ posting on MGTOW forums for over a decade and then, poof it all disappeared, no more MGTOW forum, no more reddit/MGTOW, no more articles in the news. Must be some kind of technical difficulty on the www and msm./s

I remember distinctly the day I found MGTOW on the internet, I Google(spit with disgust) : marriage is a raw deal, and the heavens opened and a shaft of light shown down , I stood up, pointed at the screen and shouted THATíS WHAT IíM TALKING ABOUT.

So It seems the brethren havenít all renounced MGTOW and returned to the plantation.

A little about myself: Iím a 58 year old straight male,
Divorced satanís daughter 18 years ago and have one adult son, currently FIRE.

My favorite MGTOW experience was when I was in Playa del Carmen Mexico, I signed up for a day trip to Tulum and dos ojos. I load up in a van , just me and 8 Midwest land whales. They interrogated me and accused me of being MGTOW, of course I feigned ignorance (self preservation) and felt like Jason Bourne the entire day.

Currently I live in a RV full time traveling the US. I also have a secure place to park the RV with a major airport nearby . I can easily go anywhere in the the world .

    Hi Un Mas,

I stood up, pointed at the screen and shouted THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT.
    That's funny.

The PM I sent you had 3 points of discussion. You've kinda addressed Point #2, mostly, but in line with #2 I'd be curious to know how you found our site.

You did not address Points #1 and #3.

    Thank you,

Un Mas has not returned to this thread to see my post. This is actually an action item.

That ought to be annoying. Is it possible to compose your message on software within your phone or IPad, like in the manner of how a desktop has MS Word? And then, once you have it all done, copy/paste it to this site?

Due to circumstances with your internet access, how about if I give you a week to see if you feel like trying again? Then, if no post from you here, I'll go ahead and close your account, wishing you well.

    PM sent.

As a possible convenience to you, I'll link here the How To Intro sticky to which I referred:

    Point #1

My first serious relationship was in High School. Lots of sex up and until graduation and then after graduation she gave me an ultimatum, either we get married or no more sex. I saw my parents and my friends parents divorce so I knew marriage wasnít for me. We broke up of course.
It really disturbed me that she had a plan and a timetable all along and didnít clue me in. That was a revelation to me of female nature.

Over the next 20 years or so relationships fell into the same predictable scenario : meet a woman and have lots of sex then she presses me for a commitment and we break up.

When I was 35 I had a good job, house, lots of toys I met a woman, she was 28, no kids, stable job, from a good family. This time I got careless with birth control and she became pregnant. So I thought maybe weíll just get married. I donít say it was a mistake because I have a son of whom Iím very proud. It was 7 years of hell. We had sex maybe a dozen times while we were married, she racked up 70k in CC debt sending the statements to her private PO Box. The last straw I caught her cheating. I documented everything and filed for divorce. Red pill suppository received.

From my divorce until now Iíve been with 3 women all FWB, the last was 4 years ago. With the libido now under control monk mode works best for me.

    Point #2

I had blue pill friends that I have had to break contact with. I tried every diplomatic way I could think of to get them to respect my lifestyle to no avail. The next step was physical violence. Now that Iím totally mobile itís very easy to ghost.
I had a married friends Iíll call Jim and Jane. Jim was like Sheldon on BBT. They were DINKS and highly educated. Jim was in IT and lost his job 2 years ago. I thought to myself that Jim better find a job or Jane will kick him to the curb. Guess what Jane filed for divorce and already has a new Chad moved in. I must be a descendant of Nostradamus.
Jane told me months ago that when she broke the news to Jim he lay down on the floor in the fetal position and cried. She thought it was funny. I didnít. Such is female nature. More red pills.

    Point #3

Who I am is a tough question. Currently Iím Financially Independent Retired Early or simply FIRE
Iím in the process of reinventing myself as I donít have a job to define me. In my travels recently I found that by virtue of moving around a lot I come into contact with with women that will pursue me. Theyíre always post wall, poor, and desperate. Everything seems to be in flux.

So there are 195 countries in the world, approximately 35 not worth seeing. The plan is to see the US and Canada by RV then slow travel to the 160 countries worth seeing. Lord willing and COVID travel restrictions end.

    Hi Un Mas,

I'm glad you gave it another try. Combining your OP with your recent post above, you've addressed what we seek, thank you. It sounds like RV travel is your activity, your thing. I won't nit-pick further, but I am still curious how you found our website after reading from you that you saw all other such sites had disappeared on you. I'm also curious, if you care to comment, where your son stands on the matter of women, some quick math tells me that he is in his early 20s?

Guess what Jane filed for divorce and already has a new Chad moved in. I must be a descendant of Nostradamus.
Again, funny. Also, for the sake of any of our members who may not know, DINK means Dual Income No Kids.

Now, FIRE is an acronym I didn't know myself. I looked it up and, hey, it's a movement that has been around! Where have I been? LOL. The investopedia website defines it as:

Financial Independence, Retire Early (FIRE) is a movement dedicated to a program of extreme savings and investment that allows proponents to retire far earlier than traditional budgets and retirement plans would allow.

Borne out of the 1992 best-selling book ďYour Money or Your LifeĒ by Vicki Robin and Joe Dominguez, FIRE came to embody a core premise of the book: juxtaposing expenses and time spent at work against hours of your life.
Based on the above, I would have to classify myself as FIRE because I started power-saving in the 1970s and retired years ahead of 65. I am a disciple of this.

Anyway, I have now moved you out of moderation and you are free to post on the site.

Before you do, please read the Principles of our site by clicking on that word at the top of the page in the black bar.

Again, thank you for sticking with this Intro. And welcome!

Curled up in the fetal position is how I found my brother after his wife cheated on him, that was another nail in marriage's coffin for me!

Apparently, women don't find me funny, in fact, they don't find me at all!

    Welcome to the brotherhood!

I’ve been very busy so I don’t know exactly when I realized that I wasn’t getting access though the google search engine to MGTOW. I suspected SJW interference. I was sad about losing connection to like minded individuals but it didn’t change my path. I don’t have any friends IRL to discuss these topics so even though I didn’t post often, it was entertaining to see others thoughts about the current state of affairs.

I read somewhere on the internet about DuckDuckGo so I thought it was worth a shot so I added the app, typed MGTOW in the search box and here I am. Bada boom badda bing

I have some sad news about my son. He has recently proposed marriage to his longtime girlfriend and she has accepted. I raised him to be his own man and think for himself. He makes his own decisions and will either reap the rewards or suffer the consequences as appropriate. He knows full well my thoughts about marriage.
I’m sure my future daughter-in-law has learned about my reputation from my Ex. If anyone hurts me or mine I can be a fearsome enemy. So as long as she remains in the family she will fall under my protection. God help her if she hurts my son.

FIRE or specifically FI financial independence should be a cornerstone of MGTOW IMO. Respectfully to the MODs here I think it deserves it’s own Heading. It’s just that important.

I don’t know how to link to YouTube but look up: The Gambler F.U. Money. It’s funny and true. Also be warned, it’s definitely not safe for work. Sums up my thoughts perfectly.

    Anyhoo thanks for the add!
