    Hey guys, I'm Cable.

I'm a 36 year old male living in Ontario.

I have never had sex, kissed a girl or been on a date and I consider that to be a good thing.

I describe myself as heterosexual ace.

When I was in high school, hormones were raging and I wanted to date and have sex, but thankfully I was obese and wore glasses and had a reputation of being nerdy.

When I got out of high school I still had the desire to be with women.

I met some girls at different jobs that I was attracted to and we hung out.

I never told them I was attracted to them or I wanted to date or sleep with them.

I guess I was scared of the rejection, or maybe I was scared they'd say yes.

My best friend met a girl online in the states and he moved to be with her.

They got married and eventually he found out she was cheating on him since before they married with an older guy.

He ended up leaving and getting his own place.

He met another girl and they got married and he assured me "this time it's for real."

I told him not to do it.

She handed him divorce papers and now he's single again.

    Mid 30s and twice divorced.

He swore off women forever and so far has kept his word.

After hearing all of this, relationships left a bad taste in my mouth.

I've thought that I wouldn't be the type to be in a relationship anyways.

I don't like being around people, I like being alone.

People annoy me, and I 'd hate to share my own place with another person.

I find women to be overly emotional.

    Use sex as a weapon.

The court of public opinion is completely biased in their favor "Believe women." Even though "Innocent until proven guilty" is supposed to be the cornerstone of our justice system.

Women can make false allegations about a man and she'll be automatically believed and the mans' life will be ruined.

Women can abort a baby but force a man to pay child support whether he likes it or not.

STDs and child support ensure I will never have sex in addition to my asexuality.

As I got older, I realized that relationships are not worth it and women aren't either.

I want to live a quiet, simple life.

Reading, listening to music, playing video games, and I do not want a woman telling me how to spend my time and/or money.

Funny how women can control men but not the other way around.

I have female friends who I talk to, and they know what I believe and they're fine with it.

My sister says I'm misogynistic and I agreed with her.

I'm upfront about it with family.

I started to research my views on women, how they're controlling, double standards, etc.

    I came across MGTOW.

Watched some YouTube videos and read the MGTOW subreddit and realized I'm one of them.

I posted my story on r/MGTOW and got very positive responses.

I felt accepted and found people that shared my viewpoints.

I really feel MGTOW is for me.

I'm currently in college studying Accounting and will graduate next year.

My short term goals are to finish college, pay off the debt ASAP, and move out of the room I'm renting and get a place of my own.

Long term, I want to go all MMM and save for early retirement.

Hopefully I can retire by 55 or sooner.

In my spare time I read comics, watch YouTube, talk to friends online.

    So that's my story.

I look forward to talking to people here and learning more and having fun.

    Hi Cable,

Thank you for your Intro but every sentence has to be its own triple-spaced paragraph, huh? Please eliminate the triple spacing on future posts, as a courtesy to others, to make it more readable for what you have to say.

I describe myself as heterosexual ace.
I don't know the term "heterosexual ace". Could you please define that for us?

Long term, I want to go all MMM and save for early retirement.
Please advise me what the acronym "MMM" stands for.

I have female friends who I talk to, and they know what I believe and they're fine with it.

My sister says I'm misogynistic and I agreed with her.
That shift made me chuckle. Your single sentence paragraphing is coming across like a certain stand-up comedian of yesteryear, whose name I cannot now recall, very dry humor, and who paused between... Every... Single... Sentence. You never knew if he had just finished his joke or if more was coming.

I'll wait for your replies to my two questions before we go further. Not sure what you will say to them, best I wait. Simply make a new post in this same thread. As before, what you post will not immediately appear until a Moderator has first seen it.

    Thank you.

    MMM = mrmoneymustache.com [Removed link]

Heterosexual ace means I'm heterosexual and I lack a desire for sex.

    Hi Cable,

That you for that info. I wanted to make sure your responses did not disqualify you right off the bat.

Let's now go over the three discussion points from our How To Intro sticky, highlighted in blue there and here, and to which you were previously referred:

In order to discern genuine users from trolls, we will request the following information:

    1. Relationship history
(experience with women, red pills, what about it made you made you aware; note- you don't HAVE to have had relationships but you can speak of your interactions with women) -- it turns out trolls don't have good, realistic stories of this ilk.

You indicate you have not had relationships with women. That's fine.

I posted my story on r/MGTOW and got very positive responses.
Sir, that doesn't matter as Intro criteria, and any troll can tell us that.

You still need to speak here of your interactions with women. You've said nothing about that. You have only told us about your best friends' experience. You have also told us a few of your general observations about women. We already know about women. The purpose of the Intro is to know about YOU.

Please tell us about your experiences with women, your interactions with women, that influenced you. You're in college, you had to have had some interaction with them. Be first-person and specific in what you relate, no more generalities.

    2. Awareness: your previous blue pill perspectives, how you transitioned to red pill, with enough detail about what brought you to MGTOW.

From what you have indicated, in high school you were an incel (involuntary celibate) due to your weight and nerdiness, but later, after observing women, you decided to set aside your desire for women and be a voluntary celibate, eschewing their approaches. Do I understand you correctly on this point? Or do you still consider yourself an involuntary celibate?

You indicate your exposure to MGTOW. How did you find our particular site?

    3. Who you are: tell us a little bit of who you are. What you like, what you do, etc.

You're a college student who reads comics, watches YouTube, talk to friends online. I think you've satisfied this third discussion point.

Please respond to my requests in #1 and #2.

Something else is concerning me, Cable. I mean, you flat out stated that people annoy you, but then why are you here? Does that include us? I'm not seeing any conversational warmth from you, ya know. You concluded your Intro by saying "I look forward to talking to people here and learning more and having fun." If conversation and fun is what you want and if we don't annoy you, you will have to make the effort to connect to us conversationally to show us that. Please open up in your next responses, friend. Being a conversational minimalist will not help you fully enjoy our site and certainly will not help you in this Intro. You can change my perception by starting now.

    Thank you.

    Please elaborate.

To me, an ACE is someone on the top of his game. To describe yourself as a HETEROSEXUAL ACE implies abundant success with with the opposite sex.

And yet you say you've never even kissed a girl?

No offense, but I just don't seem to be able to bring these two concepts together.

    Can you explain?

(I suspect a young lad unsure of his way and testing out MGTOW. He says 36 but ... Nothing wrong with that, just not quite there yet. Then again I've been wrong before!)

Looks like the registrant has decided to abandon the Intro process. I knew this was likely. I saw him as more of an angry incel than MGTOW.

I really feel MGTOW is for me.
I've been reading r/MGTOW2 tonight and there is support for emotional relationships and marriage in different threads/posts there, and still calling that MGTOW. They must not screen out those folks. There is also a group called r/MGTOWL (for MGTOW Lifestyle) that bills itself as pro-feminist and with "sympathy for women", created by a guy who states he can "no longer call myself MGTOW" yet still likes the acronym! Just goes to show that any registrant saying he is in the MGTOW groove over there is still not saying enough for us over here.

One thing that informs me of registrants' level of connectivity to other people is when they use terms and acronyms that they do not define, unaware or unconcerned that we cannot know what they mean, such that I have to go through that little subroutine of asking about them. While that can happen to anybody, it suggests that the registrant is more inside his head and less actually here in the Intro page as he types out a pre-recorded script. That idea is pretty much borne out when much of our How To Intro sticky is ignored.

My most recent redaction was on what I considered an incel with a two sentence intro, What I posted was over the line for most, but not for me, I don't do lines and boundaries. Too stuffy.

You did post something in a different recent Intro but by the time I saw it you had already replaced your text with the single word "redacted". Is that what you are talking about here? I went ahead and deleted that post for you, which you could have done, not sure you know that.

    I can delete a post? I didn't know that?

What I posted wasn't incel friendly.

Why kick an incel? They're already down.

It was a kneejerk reaction, as all kicks are...

When reading about the trending term "super straight" today, I stumbled upon a youtube comment as follows:

i will now be coming out as “super ace”. I hate everyone and my genital preference is cake. /j
An "ace"? And hating everyone? Both things? This reminded me of Cable here. Even if meant as a joke comment, it's a reference to things known to those in that conversation.

So I discovered "ace" is an abbreviation for "asexual".

    A Quick Guide to Asexuality

    What is Asexuality?

An asexual person (“ace”, for short) is simply someone who does not experience sexual attraction. That’s all there is to it.

    Who Is Asexual?

Aces can be any sex or gender or age or ethnic background or body type, can be rich or poor, can wear any clothing style, and can be any religion or political affiliation. In short: There is no asexual “type”.

That’s all there is to it? Well, I suggest that the abbreviation "ace" sounds nicer to the ears of those who describe themselves this way. Beats pronouncing it as "ass", I'd say.

It wasn't Cable's creation, I now know. However, based on the above info, Cable's self-description of "heterosexual ace" seems to be a contradiction of terms, yes? Heterosexual asexual?

Dude wants to have it both ways. Oh, wait, would that make him a bisexual ace? /j

Really, I know what he wants. He wants the esoteric cachet of asexuality combined with the benefits of calling himself heterosexual. Yet, how can an asexual claim to have orientation? What would Cable say, that "I like girls. I'm just not sexually attracted to them." Well, can't he say that for guys as well? Or is there an imagined sexual preference that has no sexuality to it? Huh? What did I just say? I smell camouflage for an incel.

The problem with creating your own lingo is that people like Cable can pervert the usage into nonsense. The original meaning upon which the slang was based gets lost. It becomes stupid.

    Heterosexual ace.

And is self-elevating. No doubt asexual people who use the term "ace" know darn well that they are capitalizing on the existing definition of "ace", the one of which we all know. The description of superb. They know. Who wants to say asexual, so literally boring, when one can announce s/he is an ace? Hey, now you are somebody!

Reminds me of the word "tagger" as a substitution for the word "vandal". A vandal cannot feel good about himself to acknowledge that he is a petty vandal but if we use the word "tagger" for him and with him, there is elevation. There is status. The vandal feels a measure of respect is given him. And he'd be right. Respect for vandalism. Nutty. That's why I do not use the words "tagger" and "tagging". Vandals, all.

Aces can be incels. Let's not let them hide out in there.

    Ow!

    That hurt my head.

So an 'ace' is someone that is great in his field.

And it also means 'Asexual', depending on context, of course.

And you can't be heterosexual and asexual at the same time?

But I consider myself heterosexual in so far as I want to fuck women. (sorry for the crudity, but I needed to be precise.)

Yet I consider myself Asexual because I see those that I wish to fuck aren't worth the effort, especially considering the repercussions.

So, does that make me an ace?

I always wanted to be be an over-achiever.

    Maybe.

But, is having no sexual attraction for either sex supposed to mean you prefer having no attraction for women? LOL

You can't be asexual if you "want to fuck women" because there is sexual attraction in wanting that.

Could you mean you are a heterosexual celibate? That has no ambiguity or contradiction in my thinking. I would think Cable was that, at the least.

Jackoff, I'm starting to think you are a camouflaged incel. /j

Agreed Unboxxed. Heterosexual ace sounds like woke BS celebrating individualism (incel). I prefer my lifestyle to come without societal approval. That way I know I'm on the right track!

vcel, that's what I am, it's a choice, an unwavering decision to stop the cycle of "rinse and repeat" like a government printing press printing money! It's a stopping and getting off point seared into my thinking, it was and event, an awakening, a cleansing, a new way of living with a road less parlous and much longer, without any DEAD ENDs'!

the vcell is "voluntary and decisive" it's the end of the road for reprobate living where one keeps trying to enjoin himself with the impossible.

I saw my life change instantly and spontaneously! The opposite of an incel, where the incel's point of rationalization leads him down a road of unhappiness and misery placed on the fragile shoulders of women, blaming them, hating them, where the vcel gets along with them through reverse chameleon harmony tighter than Yin and Yang, my head is the most secret and sacred place on earth, I don't let them in, whereas the incel is at their mercy, and we all know how merciful they are when they crush you.

The MATRIX isn't the only movie that parallels our reality, I look at the modern (lawfully over empowered) woman as a Cyberdyne Systems T-1000 vs. Model 101 (the lawfully disempowered man) and it's my mission to stay off the battlefield.
United we stand, divided we are.

    Ow.

    Shit.

Sure I've had my rejections from the wymminz, but not all the time. I've had my successes too.

But that was all a long time ago. Yes, sometimes I look at and talk to women and think - 'I could do this so fekkin' easily' - But then I realise the repercussions.

It isn't that I'm not attracted to women (i.e. I get the desire to fuck them) - that's only human nature. But that's only half the story. That's the half that makes me heterosexual.

But when I look at them closely and think: 'What's this going to be like 3/6/9 months down the road after the burn has turned to an ember?' What will I feel like then?

As it said in the movie - I've been down that road!

And that is the asexual side of me.

The realisation that relationshits with women almost always turn out bad for the guy. No matter their other traits that may or may not apply (AWALT, NAWALT etc.), women are ALL head-wreckers intent on fucking with your head.

I can't be dealing with that.
