Cool I decided that I won't move out of my parents house.

I am 25 year old Software Engineer that just graduated. I talked with my parents and I don't plan to move out of my parents house. They are pretty much happy with that. When I was studying, I planned to move to west and work in a tech company. But after some time my mind changed.

Housing is unaffordable for Gen-Z, dating and marriage is fucked thanks to woke culture where men do all the work and women get the fun, I will waste time and money by just moving out of the house. Instead of that I can find a remote job where I can work with western companies and get good paying job, my mother will do the cooking and cleaning (she told me she is pretty happy with it, she is a better cook than Gordon Ramsay I'll tell you that) when I can contribute by paying bills and etc.. We live in a village where we are away from city and all the bullshit.

I will have more time and money to work out, hang out with my buddies and live a happy life. I don't plan to get rich, I don't plan to get married or date or have sex, I just want to be happy. Why would I move out of my parents house when I have all of that? To contribute to society and pay more bills where they can fuck me up in the slightest bit of opportunity?

Though it was more on and off than steady, I lived with my parents longer than the average American did. As long as you get along, I see no harm in it. It's none of anyone else's business, come to that. They never asked for anything in return either.

It was a bit strange to start with, as living with them as a kid wasn't that much fun. But when I grew up, they started treating me as an adult and that made all the difference.
Every day I make the world a little bit worse.

I also had issues with them until few years. But right now everything is fine as they treat me like an adult too.

Don't fall for the bullshit shaming. It's called "home" for a reason. People just shame others because they are miserable and want others to be miserable with them. I bet all those shamers that bitch about people living at home are just trying to manipulate them. It's not like they are going to pay for the food and bills so fuck em.
Stay away from women. They will only break your heart.

Mid 40s and still living at home, watching all the people who previously slated my lifestyle get horribly exposed during the economic situation of the last 2 years.

Apparently, owning my own place but struggling to do anything beyond paying the bills is viewed by society as a "success".

Yeah, like I have to work for 10-20 years without any joy of life with a debt in my ass to buy a house which will give me no advantage whatsoever.
I know people like that. People talk about them like they are success, but they are basically living dead people that work all the time and nothing else. Also working 18-20 hours a day with little to no sleep is called "hard work". I'll pass on that.

Exactly. People always shame others that do not live like them. It was also stated in Matrix movie, the whole matrix turns against you when you don't live by their standards .They can't admit the stupid mistakes they did.

Living at home, frugally will literally be repulsive to most women. Play it up by dressing like an actually socially inept nerd/goober. Save your money, do the things you want to do. No shame in doing what makes sense to survive and live comfortably and stress free. Don't let parasites (women, government and big business) influence your lifestyle for their benefit. Live for yourself and you own best interests!

Uh, I am already ghost to women. Other than going to gym and market they never see me, they hardly even look at me. I dress and look very average so I don't have to act like that lol.

You are the next best thing after a guy that has his own house, wait for it. pretty soon the woman will start to hunt for you.

The ''smart ones'' are already putting their octopus arms out and are looking for exactly what you are.

They noticed that the younger generation basically is priced out of the RE market, and they are looking for a STEM guy that is preferably a only child so he will inherit the house, makes the amount of income that comes with these kind of jobs and has little to no expenses so he can spend a fuckton of money on her and her worthless shit she's demanding like a bottomless fountain, they only need someone to throw coins in it.

    Stay safe.

Good idea. I'm a software engineer in my early thirties living with my divorced dad. It's great and I save a shitload of money.

I have more than enough money to pursue all of my hobbies and spend my non-work time how I want to.

I'd rather have this situation than be a mortgagecuck with a bitchy wife and crying kids.

It really is all about perspective, at the end of the day.

I love kids, they're wonderful. It's the adult parasite (child in adult body) that is the issue.

Well, good luck if she can discover me. I only get out of the house for working out and shopping. Even if I did, I hardly have conversation with them so they can move over lol.

    You too brother.

Well, I grew up in a family where I have lots of cousins and I grew up close to them. They made me HATE KIDS. I cannot sacrifice my peace and solidity for unnecessary noises lol

Kids are like goats, that's why they're called kids, once the horns grow in you're fucked.

"Kids are cruel Jack and I'm very in touch with my inner child"
Anyways I've once stumbled upon an interesting comment on youtube.

Someone tried to make a point that "you need to have your own house" may be some sort of conspiracy.
Like, you know this "diamond lasts forever" campaign.

In old times multiple generations of the same line lived in one household. You, wife, parents and grandparents.
Some say that it's shit deal - too crowded and no privacy. Mind you there weren't so many building restrictions in these times.
You had more land, bigger houses and you always could build another one next if the old place got too crowded.

Now you, me - everyone has to have their own house. Banks are even so generous they allow you to indebt yourself in order to get a house.
This means more rent, higher costs of living and a clear benefits to the people in power. When she divorces you, she gets a house.
To print money you need money printers. To print houses you need more divorces.

But it is just a theory. A crazy one but midly amusing.

    Yup.

Like I will have privacy but I will waste hours on cooking, cleaning and PAY UNNECESSARY DEBT TO ARTIFICIALLY INFLATED MARKET. Its better for me to hear my family talk loudly all day than be miserable for rest of my life.

Re: I decided that I won't move out of my parents house.

There is nothing inherently wrong with living with your parents, whether it's a good idea depends on a lot of factors.

Get along with your parents? They aren't abusive, treating you like a teenager, constantly picking on you, up in your grill, telling you how to live? Not planning on having kids or a wife (which MGTOWs won't be by default)? Work is close by? Then yeah, living with your parents is utopia, I'd rather pay them market price rent than give it to some landlord. Who cares what some people at work think, it's really none of their business.

If you don't get along with your parents then you shouldn't live with them long-term.

    Two things:
    Save and invest!

You're in a great situation being young and being able to work and earn with low overhead. Don't give into the temptation to buy every shiny new thing or to party a ton. You can build up a great portfolio to be able to retire in great shape.

I have little to no expenses at all.I have a very simple lifestyle right now, workout, code, eat, sleep. I am a very frugal person.
There is little to no possibility to save right now as there is around %200 inflation in my country (Turkey) , prices are absolutely f'ed up. But it will turn up better in time eventually, then i will be able to save really easily .
