DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! UNINTENDED ACCELERATOR PROBLEMS!!!
Purchased a Lexus CT 200 hybrid hear back in November 2014.
The accelerator stuck a few weeks back which caused my vehicle to accelerate upwards of 40 MPH WHILE IN NUTRAL!
Danny N did 0 to accommodate my issue and was not understanding at all of how scary the incident was and that I would not be getting back into the car.
Tom from sales was rude and a robot. He did nothing to accommodate me regardless I have brought 3 friends in to purchase CTs from them as well.
The option they gave me when I showed up at the dealership was to
A: get back in my unsafe car that Lexus says couldn't find a problem
B: pay for the rental they had given me until they can finish another 30 day evaluation for lemon law or buy back.(Danny actually had the nerve to tell me I was holding his loaner car hostage)
C: the police could come and escort me off the property and a friend can come pick me up in a safe vehicle.

Lon story short these guys are scumbags. I'm in the process of filing a suit against herb chambers and Lexus for putting my life in danger. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will not accommodate your issues and are extremely rude.

And here is the subsequent reply from the dealer themselves:

Mr. Pond, It is disappointing to read this feedback. As you may or may not remember, there are important factors of this situation that you have omitted and details that are certainly misconstrued. As you may recall, on or about September 30th you made an appointment for an unintended acceleration condition and dropped off your vehicle. We immediately reviewed your concerns and provided you with a courtesy Lexus loaner vehicle. Our Lexus certified technicians follow protocol for this type of concern, based on Lexus' technical bulletin. Lexus corporate, not Herb Chambers Lexus, contacts a 3rd party independent contractor that is approved by NHTSA to perform an evaluation and inspection of your vehicle. The independent contractor arrived approximately 2 weeks later. The independent contractor contacted you directly on or around October 16th and explained to you that there is no problem found with your Lexus and it is operating as designed. We then follow up with you October 29th, leaving several voicemails, and finally we made contact. During this conversation, as did the ones before, you became very vulgar and verbally abusive. Your explosive reactions on the phone and in our dealership are truly concerning. We explained to you that we have accommodated you with a courtesy vehicle and that because no one can replicate the alleged issue, that this is an issue you will need to address with Lexus corporate. As it cannot be handled at the dealership level. When you came to our location on October 31st to pick up your vehicle, your verbal abuse continued and your inappropriate outbursts put many of our guests in an uncomfortable situation. We have done everything in our able capacity to try and assist you and we wish you well.
