Outside of the main downtown area (Marina, JLT, Downtown Dubai), I believe it's about $1,000/month rent. As mentioned, no income tax. Not sure about
UBI should only be a basic safety net to catch the poorest of society. How can a government screw up what should be a basic system and waste $ billions
