Thank you so much for the continuing support.

I just spoke with the nurse. They can't find a blood pressure on her because its too weak. I said to the nurse "It seems like she is already 80% gone". The nurse agreed. She is fighting it. She is going out defiant like always , arent ya mom? haha. Oh Lord. Won't be long now.

Hang in there brother. You're a good man, staying strong and being with your mom in her final hours. No matter what, you being there for her at the end is the right thing. Take care of yourself best you can, and keep us updated of her (and your) condition.

I know Im about to lose my mom. Not eating or drinking, can't swallow at all, and just a breathing corpse with less than 5% lung function. She is a fighter. She is the type where you think she is down but she comes back stronger than ever. There is no life left in her. Oh God. I was told if she makes it through the weekend then they will be surprised. Yesterday they made me say my goodbyes. I said way too many and cried way too much.
If you read my other posts, you will understand my view on mothers is not all that charitable. That being said however, there are many degrees within the spectrum of women. You have my condolences. I will pass on a bit of advice I received when my father passed away. I can't tell if this comes too late for you or not. Perhaps someone will benefit from it though.

Sometimes the dying are holding on, not for themselves, but for others. I went to my fathers bedside when we were alone. He was completely unconscious by this time. I knew he felt a fair amount of guilt for the mistakes he had made during his life. I let him know everything was OK, and that all debts were cleared. I told him he was free to go when ever it suited him. He was gone within the hour.

Thanks man. My mom was a single mom but she never let go of the past. She always tried to be right even when there was no right or wrong answer. She had a great heart but no sense of direction if you can understand what Im saying. I told her its okay and that everything is ok. The nurses have her favorite songs playing to make her comfortable. I asked them if they could play two from me. They said sure and I requested Eminem's headlights & 2pac's unconditional love. When I checked on her later , they said those songs really touched her heart because she had tears running down her face.

Still thinking about you and your mom bro. Hang in there. She's lucky to have a son who cares, at her end. Many people die alone - they either have no children, their children are dead, or their children just hate them and don't even know they are dying. You mom isn't going to go that way... so, at least take a bit of solace in that.

Thank you so much.Im glad I (still) have the mom I do. We didn't get along a lot of the time but it was stupid stuff. Typical woman stuff and I hated her ways NOT her the person. What I mean is take this example. You don't like the word " God Damn" but you have a friend that constantly uses it. Do you hate him? No. Do you hate his actions? Yes. But you realize you can't change or control someone.

    Re: My mom died

I'm sorry about your dad. Im in so much pain right now. It was fcked up what I did. After visiting the funeral home, I had to go to the store. There was some ungrateful brat that was telling his mom she was a piece of shit because she couldn't afford some gay ass toy. I let him have it & said I'd do anything to have my mom back. As I was walking away, I heard the mom say I hope you listened to that man cause one day that will be you! It brought a smile to my face.

    Re: My mom died

My condolences my MGTOW brother. Take the time you need to mourn, and to heal. And know we're here during that process, as little or as much as you'd like us to be. Take some solace in knowing how much you did for your mom in her final days. That was no small thing.
