    Red face Bye

[Mod note: This message arrived in our moderation bucket at the start of a 28-day suspension.]

So now that I've been banned it's time to say goodbye. We've had a good run. I appreciated most people here. You gave me a lot of new insights and I think you're overall really great people. I truly mean that.

I do have one personal request, which is to make my "28 day ban" a permanent one. I've grown tired of MGTOW. There's only so much bitching about wahmen, gynocentrism and politics that I can do. It's just not all that interesting to me anymore. I tried branching out into different topics on this very board (e.g. nootropics), but it seems there's little interest in those topics. So ... I've tried. But now it's time to move on.

Xanthine, your posts are really great. You should think about making a YT channel, a blog or something like that. You pretty much would be fine just using your posts here and it would be a success. Same goes for Insidious_Sid.

I'd post a shoutout, but I always forget someone so I'm not going to do that.

    Best to all of you.

    ADWYS (Aintdealingwithyoshit)

PS: Alik keep that Slav spirit alive! Nastrovje or something.

Sad to see him go but I can understand that a MGTOW can arrive at the point where it just makes sense to leave and go your own way.

    @ Aintdealingwithyoshit

Thanks for all your contributions that you made . . . sad to see you go.
I wish you all the best.

When you find something new that captures your the way you're going, or imagination, and you get inspired, for me, it is this site.
ADWYS was one of the first 5-10 contributors that did that to me. I was impressed. I never knew anything about men going their own way at all. I guess deep down, I thought it existed, only in individuals, & never knew there was (i hate the terms 'community', & definitely 'movement') discussions going on about the subject and life of.

Well, may your good times continue ADWYS. Best to you, man. It was great taking in your posts.

Wasn’t Ain’t Dealing With Your Shit one of the genuine posters from the other site, damn, you will be missed. Seems like a lot of good genuine posters are getting shot down nowadays, I’m noticing this on other mgtow forums and not only this one.

Yes we have lost some valuable members since I've signed up. ADWYS has been an active member. He wasn't a reluctant MGTOW. it is hard at times to draw lines and rules to be enforced. What someone might perceive offensive I might perceive it more as a joke and the other way around. I gonna miss him and his contributions for sure. And in case you should read this, ADWYS just take a break buddy, no need to ask for a permanent ban.

Why do I or should I care? People are coming and going all the time. Strangely I do care. I'm missing Last Priory very much. His ban has left it's mark on me and I'm honest about it. I'm still in contact with him and we write on a regular basis. I don't know what was the line he overstepped nor do I know the details on the reasons which has led to his ban, notwithstanding we are writing each other the only thing I know is that he had an argument. He is a good man and his ban is definitely a loss to this community. In most of the cases a member was banned a reason was given for his ban in case of Last Priory this wasn't the case.

We are mostly grown men here on the forum maybe we should value more the concept of "We can agree to disagree"
I'm feeling bad at times because I feel like it's me stabbing them in their backs.
    Just my 2 cents.

Another valuable member lost, what a shame, hopefully he will come back some day like Ace Francis did.

I agree with you comments on Last Priory, sad to see him not around anymore, I don't know exactly what happened there.

Agree to disagree sound a good way to me.

Just realize one thing in the human political anatomy, narcissists gravitate to positions of power across all spectrum, therefore we're subjected to the wants, whims, and will of narcissists. They're easily triggered and not conducive to opposition and have no remorse or empathy.

I've kept his account open, at some point I will need to honor the man's request, though.

Ah, it's time for another TL;DR from me. Last year, on a subscription website, actually the Seattle Times newspaper, I realized no one was responding to my comments anymore yet I could see them on my chronological list of my comments. So, on a hunch, I pulled up a "private" browser window to make the site think I was someone else and revisited that list to discover that, after a certain date, none of my comments were there. I had been shadow-banned. No notice to me, no nothing.

I contacted the company and inquired. Their first response was to say they know they have problems with that comments database and a new release was coming out in a month or two. Sounded lame. Sounded like they thought I was the typical Seattle "Oh, okay." I wrote back saying I am a paying customer and I expect someone to look into my specific issue right away and not wait to find that their fix changed nothing. The lady emailed back in a few days saying the other department told her I had been banned permanently. I was shocked. Me? Well, what for? I asked her to show me the comment so I can know for their website what is going too far? A few days later she brought me my offending post. Well, yeah, I can see how any pink hat would not like it, how I get sometimes, and yeah I can see how I, uh, distinguish myself from their other commenters for my directness even if G-rated, and I knew I could argue with Nice Lady here and add more cement to their decision.

This town is way left until someone like me points out their hypocrisies then they become Victorian and grab the smelling salts. But, I digress.

So, unconcerned with matters of pride and prejudice, I told her that I now see what going too far looks like and I would like to again be able to comment and would not go overboard again. She said she would ask for me and put in a good word for me (didn't see that coming) and get back to me. Her next reply said they decided to reinstate me but the next time would be permanent. I thanked her.

Anymore, if I have something to say about women on that site, I'll employ the alternate ways of getting things said. Many others there already do this. Lesson learned.

That whole story just to say that even a permanent ban can be lifted. Our list of permanently banned members for this site has next to each member's name a button labeled "Lift Ban" so anything's possible, methinks. I knew what it took to stay with the Seattle Times Comments Section and I know that I can comply with their rules or I can GTFO. It was just a matter of showing them that I now see their line, I see how what I wrote had crossed it, and how I won't do it again. They heard me, just as once upon a time we heard Ace. Each of us has to decide what we want.

    Nothing wrong with moving on.

I tend to post when I think I have something to say as stardusk likes to say you don't want to re-cover ground you have covered on gynocentrism, etc.
